I highly DO NOT recommend this place. They aggressively added a very high tip to our bill without our permission. Our waitress, Jasmin, was completely dishonest. She did not order what we asked for and instead rang up much more expensive food. For example, she put a combo on my uncle's order that he never asked for.We were there celebrating my aunt's birthday. When the waitress took our order, she gave my aunt the wrong meat dish. When she asked if we still wanted the one she had originally ordered, we said yes. She then took the incorrect plate, threw it in the trash, and told us it was her mistake. However, when we got the bill, it was outrageously high. She charged us for the wrong plate she threw away, plus the much more expensive original dish, and also charged my uncle for a combo he didn't order.She refused to call the manager to fix the bill. Finally, she took the first dish off the bill, but then kept our change, claiming it was her tip. Tips should never be mandatory, especially when the waitress refuses to charge you only for what you ordered. We were overcharged and scammed. Stay away from this restaurant!

Una experiencia terrible; mal servicio y una facturación engañosa. No lo recomiendo. Elegimos este restaurante para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi tía, pero lamentablemente nuestra camarera, Jasmin, hizo que la experiencia fuera muy frustrante. La gestión de nuestro pedido fue incorrecta desde el principio. Jasmin sustituyó unilateralmente los platos que habíamos pedido por otras opciones más caras. Le cobró a mi tío un menú combinado que nunca había pedido y, cuando el plato de carne de mi tía llegó mal preparado, Jasmin reconoció el error pero tiró el plato equivocado a la basura. Aunque mi tía aceptó esperar a que trajeran el plato correcto, nos cobraron igualmente la comida inicial errónea. Además, nos cobraron también la segunda comida, la que habían tirado a la basura. Cuando pedimos hablar con el encargado para corregir la cuenta, Jasmin se negó a llamarlo. Finalmente retiró de la cuenta el primer plato incorrecto, pero se quedó con el cambio en efectivo y lo tomó como propina. Imponer una propina desorbitada --especialmente después de haberse negado a corregir la cuenta-- es inaceptable. No recomiendo este restaurante debido a que la camarera no respetó nuestro pedido y a sus prácticas de facturación cuestionables.
