They also provide arrangements for our local coffee shop, so I am able to enjoy a variety of their flower designs thoroughout the year. read more

I DO NOT recommend the flowerman for anyone who expects responses in a timely manner, or quality work for what you paid. We paid over $500 for a bouquet, toss bouquet, one bridesmaid bouquet, and a couple boutonnière and corsages. The corsages looked like they were for children. They sell corsages at the Kroger flower department that are half the price and double the quality. We were told we would get a toss bouquet (we asked for one) and that we would get extra pieces of flowers that come in because flowers were specifically ordered for us. She told us we could use them for little decorations around the cake/ etc. We did not receive even ONE extra flower, and my toss bouquet was missing. I had to throw one of my home made centerpieces for a toss bouquet (another $30 down the drain). What we did get was a baggie of flower petals for the flower girl that we specifically said we DID NOT have. I have been trying to get a resolution to this problem for THREE weeks now and cannot get a call back. This is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of the flower man, and I will no longer be using them for work flowers, bday etc. read more

I went to the Flowerman on 2/15/14 and purchased 2 dozen roses for my Mother-in-Law's birthday party. I brought a very large vase in that my wife wanted to use for these roses. I had to buy some greens to go with the flowers because they were out of baby's breath. I almost walked out at this point, but decided to stay. They had some in their prearranged flowers that they didn't sell the day before due to the bad weather. They should have offered the baby's breath from these arrangements. I purchased the roses in the package and brought these back to the party. My wife was pissed because they didn't offer to arrange these and put them in the vase. But my real COMPLAINT was when we opened the package up, the roses were in horrible shape. All of the outside leaves were brown on everyone of the 24 roses. We had to throw 4 of them away because the stems were broken. I would have brought them back, but we didn't have time. So, I am MAD about the condition of the roses, the fact that they didn't offer to put these in my vase that I brought into the store to show them. That they didn't offer to sell me the baby's breath from their prearranged flowers. So, I called on the following Monday to complain about these roses and they told me that they would replace them if I brought them back in. I explained that we had to take all of the brown off the roses and threw away 4 of the roses because the stems were broken, etc. I don't have the FUCKING time to return these shitty roses. Then, I got really mad when they told me that they had a problem with one their growers that sent them a bad shipment. She claimed that they just learned about this. BULLSHIT!!!! They knew about this when I when I was in on Saturday!!! They shouldn't even have been selling these roses in the first place. So what is the big RAVE about this Flowerman place. My wife, myself and my Mother-in-law will tell several people about this experience. I will never use this place again. So there were pros and cons of using this company. I had decided to go with them for my wedding flowers because of the price and my wedding party thought it would be really fun to make our own flowers. The price for what you get I would give 5 starts but the customer service was horrible! Let me start off my saying if you are planning on using them and can only go to a meeting on the weekend plan on waiting months for an available time. I ended up having to miss work and make an appointment during the week (which wasn't a huge problem but still I wish i wouldn't have had to miss). I believe they only have 1 person you can make appointments with and that makes it really difficult. I met with Desiree for my first appointment and told her what we were looking for and what our budget was. Meeting lasted about an hour at the end she told me she would send a proposal in about 2 weeks (this is because she is so busy and is just that far behind). I waiting well over 2 weeks closer to 3 or 4 I believe and still hadn't anything (keep in mind this is a first come first serve thing if your day you want to make flowers is full too bad). It took multiple emails and a few more days before I received the proposal. After looking it over I had questions about how to proceed and what not so I emailed back and got her automatic response of so I'm very busy please allow up to 2 weeks for a response. so I waited again for a month never heard anything. Finally it was about 3 months from my wedding and I was getting worried. So I called in and asked to speak to someone and said I wanted to put the deposit down to secure the date. No one there was able to go over the proposal with me said I need to speak to my rep. I explained i hadn't heard from her in over a month. so I paid them $300 and hoped Desiree would follow up with me. I finally had to make another appointment to make changes and ask my questions. This meant missing work again because guess what no weekend appointments! They also have a policy where you cant make changes after 30 days before your wedding,which I understand but when you can't get a response out of anyone it makes it very difficult. I had my next appointment and all was set we were ready to go. The day came and we went to make our flowers and it was great. The lady who showed us how to make them was amazing! The only issue I have is they only allow 6 people to come make flowers. I wanted me, my mom, my future mother in law, and my 4 bridesmaids to come help. But I couldn't because it was over 6 people ( i understand this is just due to space), but it really sucked having to pick and choose who came with me. So all in all cost and the making experience was great! The customer service before hand was horrible they either need to hire more people or teach better customer service skills. read more
