Their plants are always looking healthy as well. The best part is all of the tips and knowledge about plant care that the Natorp's staff are prepared to share. That has really helped us successfully care for our new plants. And if any don't thrive or die, you can speak to them about care and even get a replacement or refund if the plant fails within a year. Whether you are going into buy a plant for the inside, something for the outside or you're looking for outdoor landscape ideas, Delhi seems to have you covered. Our experience was this: We purchased a few smaller, individual, cacti and then picked out small pots and they potted them for us, at no extra charge. Since a couple of them were for the kids, they let the kids decorate them with some decorative stones of different colors. I purchased a small Cactus myself that they potted and we also purchased a taller house plant. The staff was very knowledgeable about the plants and helpful in our making the selection. Would I go back? Absolutely. Now mind you, this place is the real deal. They are a greenhouse. So you may pay a little bit more than you would from simply buying a plant at a big-box store or maybe a larger hardware or home store. But it's like the difference in buying a pet from a reputable breeder versus a pet store chain. A tree we purchased 10 months ago has not been doing well. It has been properly planted and cared for-even "babied" along-and still not doing well. We are not at all new to tree planting or basic knowledge, so to have this kind of issue is very very rare for us. We have inquired back with Browns 3 times now as to what we can do to help this tree make it, and have gotten zero help or answers this far. We are getting the feeling that they are just waiting for our 1 year from purchase guarantee to pass by so that they can skip their commitment. We do not necessarily want the tree to be replaced, we want their input to know to make this tree thrive better and we are not getting it. Our next tree/shrubs may be coming from someplace else. Update from initial paragraphs above... absolutely zero "customer service" for the tree, and our time ran out. We had to cut it down. $300+ in the burn pile.
