As I was across the county and making arrangements via phone., their professionalism and willingness to work with me was such an amazing experience. On Monday, my aunt would be celebrating her 100th birthday; on Wednesday, another aunt was celebrating her 99th. They screwed up the order, mixed up names, and my aunt who was 100 didn't get her bouquet on her day. When I discovered the screw up, I called. I was a florist, I know the business. But whoever I talked to was extremely rude and when I demanded to know how she was going to make this right, she told me, having been in the business, I should know what Mother's Day week is like and I shouldn't have called then. Again, I asked how she w make this right because she messed up and missed my aunt's damned 100th birthday! She told me I shouldn't cuss at her and to never call her again. No worries there. MOST rude business person I have ever dealt with.

I placed an online order for a dozen roses to be delivered the same day. Used Paypal to pay. I…read morenever received any kind of email confirmation for my order and was uncertain that it was placed. I attempted to call them for over 2 hours with nothing but ringing. No voicemail, nothing. No contact info on their web site other than phone number. After waiting 2 hours and getting nowhere, I placed an order with another florist to ensure that flowers were delivered. About 3 hours later, Daggy processed my order and I got an email receipt. So 2 dozen roses delivered. I called and actually reached a person and explained the situation. I was told that they were working alone and had to do arrangements, answer the phone, get deliveries together....nothing but, well our wire service isn't set up for confirmation emails....but you didn't answer the phone for 2 HOURS!!! Had no idea if they were even open. All I got was an apology, a "poor me" story and a $70 bill. Flowers were nice. I will NEVER purchase from this establishment again. I'll buy local elsewhere.

Long time customer. Called the day before Valentine's Day and could not get through. Confused, I asked if I had called Flowers by Carla only to be answered once again with "house keeping" and laughter. The person then said "we are closed don't call back". I verified the number as it is programmed in my phone as I have been using them for 10+ years. A simple answer of, "Sorry, we are no longer taking orders for Valentines Day" would have sufficed. Obviously I took my business to another local florist, and they were courteous and professional so they will get all my business for now on.
