Ordered via the Edna's Flowers website expensive flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day two days…read morebefore the 14th, in the special comments section I requested the flowers be delivered before 4:00 as I had a special evening planned and wanted the flowers delivered before we left town. At 4:00 I texted my wife and asked if she had gotten anything... No... I called Edna's and the response was that my order "might" be on the truck or was "probably" on the truck. I explained that I needed them delivered by 4:00 and that this was putting us behind. We waited an additional 30 minutes for the flowers to arrive but none ever showed. I called at 4:30 to cancel my order and the woman on the phone acted like she had never heard my name before, didn't even understand the order number I was giving her, and finally exclaimed that she would just have to cancel my order and give me a refund. Well no joke lady. Needless to say I was in the doghouse all weekend because of Edna's Flowers complete lack of professional conduct and failure to deliver the goods. I will never order from them again, do not repeat the same mistake I made. What a joke.

I ordered flowers for a funeral from The Blossom Shop in Dumas, Texas! Because the flowers were for…read morea special friend, I explained how important it was to me for the flowers to be perfect! They knocked it out of the park! Within a couple of hours they were delivered to the funeral home... where, they were by far the prettiest arrangement there. They sent a picture to my phone so I could see the arrangement before delivering it! It was so perfect! I'm very surprised the price was so reasonable! I'm shocked I was not charged more. I have paid a lot more at other floral shops and did not have very good results. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend when I was ordering and again when I let them know how happy I was with their arrangement. When I called them they refused a refund and said they put in the baskets what they have on hand. I told the girl the baskets don't look anything like the picture they display on their website. I told her they lost a customer and the girl said that's good and hung up the phone. She made no attempt to fix the problem.
