Ordered via the Edna's Flowers website expensive flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day two days…read morebefore the 14th, in the special comments section I requested the flowers be delivered before 4:00 as I had a special evening planned and wanted the flowers delivered before we left town. At 4:00 I texted my wife and asked if she had gotten anything... No... I called Edna's and the response was that my order "might" be on the truck or was "probably" on the truck. I explained that I needed them delivered by 4:00 and that this was putting us behind. We waited an additional 30 minutes for the flowers to arrive but none ever showed. I called at 4:30 to cancel my order and the woman on the phone acted like she had never heard my name before, didn't even understand the order number I was giving her, and finally exclaimed that she would just have to cancel my order and give me a refund. Well no joke lady. Needless to say I was in the doghouse all weekend because of Edna's Flowers complete lack of professional conduct and failure to deliver the goods. I will never order from them again, do not repeat the same mistake I made. What a joke.

To my surprise, they were still delivering flowers that day. I gave them my budget and an idea of what I wanted and they assured me that they would come up with something very nice for mummy. The fact that they do not have a website made me very uneasy because I didn't have a visual over the phone and was going merely on what the nice lady was telling me over the phone. I trusted her judgment and hung up. A few hours later, I received a picture from my mom along with a phone call and she could not stop ranting and raving about her flowers and how much she loved them and how beautiful they were. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! The Blossom Shop took my idea, understood what I wanted and delivered nothing short of spectacular! I've found my go to flower shop, no doubt about it!
