They also did not get the arrangement to the funeral home in time for the visitation prior to the service. I complained about these issues to the owner and the owner complained about me to the deceased's wife! I am very angry about running to tell on me because they did not like being challenged about their poor service. They made a sad situation worse and caused family conflict by whining. Now my gift of flowers is meaningless. Be careful not to complain if they make a mess of your order.

I ordered flowers for a funeral from The Blossom Shop in Dumas, Texas! Because the flowers were for…read morea special friend, I explained how important it was to me for the flowers to be perfect! They knocked it out of the park! Within a couple of hours they were delivered to the funeral home... where, they were by far the prettiest arrangement there. They sent a picture to my phone so I could see the arrangement before delivering it! It was so perfect! I'm very surprised the price was so reasonable! I'm shocked I was not charged more. I have paid a lot more at other floral shops and did not have very good results. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend when I was ordering and again when I let them know how happy I was with their arrangement. When I called them they refused a refund and said they put in the baskets what they have on hand. I told the girl the baskets don't look anything like the picture they display on their website. I told her they lost a customer and the girl said that's good and hung up the phone. She made no attempt to fix the problem.

Like what the heck. I had my two children with me and they were having meltdowns like so many other kids do and then the older lady said "wow if they were my kids I'd spank them and make them listen to me" like what!?! I will never give them my time of day again.
