Ordered via the Edna's Flowers website expensive flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day two days…read morebefore the 14th, in the special comments section I requested the flowers be delivered before 4:00 as I had a special evening planned and wanted the flowers delivered before we left town. At 4:00 I texted my wife and asked if she had gotten anything... No... I called Edna's and the response was that my order "might" be on the truck or was "probably" on the truck. I explained that I needed them delivered by 4:00 and that this was putting us behind. We waited an additional 30 minutes for the flowers to arrive but none ever showed. I called at 4:30 to cancel my order and the woman on the phone acted like she had never heard my name before, didn't even understand the order number I was giving her, and finally exclaimed that she would just have to cancel my order and give me a refund. Well no joke lady. Needless to say I was in the doghouse all weekend because of Edna's Flowers complete lack of professional conduct and failure to deliver the goods. I will never order from them again, do not repeat the same mistake I made. What a joke.

They knocked it out of the park! Within a couple of hours they were delivered to the funeral home... where, they were by far the prettiest arrangement there. They sent a picture to my phone so I could see the arrangement before delivering it! It was so perfect! I'm very surprised the price was so reasonable! I'm shocked I was not charged more. I have paid a lot more at other floral shops and did not have very good results. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend when I was ordering and again when I let them know how happy I was with their arrangement. I ordered flowers from The Flower Pot for a relatives funeral service. They did not get the type of…read moreflowers or the color of the flowers correct. They also did not get the arrangement to the funeral home in time for the visitation prior to the service. I complained about these issues to the owner and the owner complained about me to the deceased's wife! I am very angry about running to tell on me because they did not like being challenged about their poor service. They made a sad situation worse and caused family conflict by whining. Now my gift of flowers is meaningless. Be careful not to complain if they make a mess of your order.
