I ordered flowers for a funeral from The Blossom Shop in Dumas, Texas! Because the flowers were for a special friend, I explained how important it was to me for the flowers to be perfect! They knocked it out of the park! Within a couple of hours they were delivered to the funeral home... where, they were by far the prettiest arrangement there. They sent a picture to my phone so I could see the arrangement before delivering it! It was so perfect! I'm very surprised the price was so reasonable! I'm shocked I was not charged more. I have paid a lot more at other floral shops and did not have very good results. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend when I was ordering and again when I let them know how happy I was with their arrangement. The arrangement was so very pretty and made a very sad day a lot happier! It truly brightened up the entire room! Thank you so much Blossom Shop! I'll be calling you again!!!! RUN! Do NOT use this shop! I placed an order for funeral flowers 2 days before the funeral. When I followed up the MORNING of the service, they told me they didn't have inventory to complete the order, then said they needed an alternate address, then said they were waiting on ME to confirm the order that had ALREADY been charged to my credit card. And ultimately said they could not complete the order 2 hours before the funeral service (yes the charge for the flowers $255, is ON my credit card transactions). I'll be disputing that charge for sure. SAVE yourself the frustration and use ANY other shop. Flowers Etc in Dumas saved the day for me and delivered something lovely within the 2 hours before the funeral. read more

Nice hometown florist. Great customer service, beautiful arrangements. Will do everything in their power to accommodate deliveries and requests. They have my business. They really should have better more competitive pricing though. Pretty expensive for typical flower arrangements. read more

Being the procrastinator that I am, I called this flower shop on Saturday at 4:00 PM (PST), the day before Mother's day, to ask if they could deliver a flower arrangement to my mom for Mother's day. To my surprise, they were still delivering flowers that day. I gave them my budget and an idea of what I wanted and they assured me that they would come up with something very nice for mummy. The fact that they do not have a website made me very uneasy because I didn't have a visual over the phone and was going merely on what the nice lady was telling me over the phone. I trusted her judgment and hung up. A few hours later, I received a picture from my mom along with a phone call and she could not stop ranting and raving about her flowers and how much she loved them and how beautiful they were. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! The Blossom Shop took my idea, understood what I wanted and delivered nothing short of spectacular!
