I ordered candy gift baskets for my sons. There were 3 candy bars, a bag of popcorn, and a tiny bag of beef jerky. When I called them they refused a refund and said they put in the baskets what they have on hand. I told the girl the baskets don't look anything like the picture they display on their website. We went in To the store looking to rent a tux for my husband and an older lady took us to the back to show us the book they use to rent the tux's from, she was very rude and said "it's pretty expensive, you sure you wanna rent it?" Like what the heck. I had my two children with me and they were having meltdowns like so many other kids do and then the older lady said "wow if they were my kids I'd spank them and make them listen to me" like what!?! I will never give them my time of day again. read more

Absolutely amazed at how horrible this place is to treat their customers! My daughter went in to buy flowers on a Wednesday and the money was drafted out of her account that same day. All was good except that same amount was drafted again on Friday. My daughter calls to ask why that happened and she's told it was impossible that she got charged twice and that she had to wait until the following day so that they can determine wether that really happened or not. At one point they even offered her a credit!!! So I of course call because this is my young daughter that they are taking advantage of, and Michelle takes my call. She seriously said it was impossible that the charge was made twice and basically called me a liar. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. After she hangs up on me she goes on to call my daughter again and yells at her!! I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and people need to be made aware that this place is out to scam their customers especially the young ones! read more
