I ordered candy gift baskets for my sons. There were 3 candy bars, a bag of popcorn, and a tiny bag of beef jerky. When I called them they refused a refund and said they put in the baskets what they have on hand. I told the girl the baskets don't look anything like the picture they display on their website. I told her they lost a customer and the girl said that's good and hung up the phone. She made no attempt to fix the problem. read more

We went in To the store looking to rent a tux for my husband and an older lady took us to the back to show us the book they use to rent the tux's from, she was very rude and said "it's pretty expensive, you sure you wanna rent it?" Like what the heck. I had my two children with me and they were having meltdowns like so many other kids do and then the older lady said "wow if they were my kids I'd spank them and make them listen to me" like what!?! I will never give them my time of day again. read more

Absolutely amazed at how horrible this place is to treat their customers! My daughter went in to buy flowers on a Wednesday and the money was drafted out of her account that same day. All was good except that same amount was drafted again on Friday. My daughter calls to ask why that happened and she's told it was impossible that she got charged twice and that she had to wait until the following day so that they can determine wether that really happened or not. At one point they even offered her a credit!!! So I of course call because this is my young daughter that they are taking advantage of, and Michelle takes my call. She seriously said it was impossible that the charge was made twice and basically called me a liar. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. After she hangs up on me she goes on to call my daughter again and yells at her!! I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and people need to be made aware that this place is out to scam their customers especially the young ones! read more

Awesome customer service and super friendly! I live out of town and called in the day of my mom's birthday to place an order. Esther was great about generating ideas, taking down a message in Spanish, and getting it to my mom the same day! She loved the flower arrangement. Thanks!!! read more

They also did not get the arrangement to the funeral home in time for the visitation prior to the service. I complained about these issues to the owner and the owner complained about me to the deceased's wife! I am very angry about running to tell on me because they did not like being challenged about their poor service. They made a sad situation worse and caused family conflict by whining. Now my gift of flowers is meaningless. Be careful not to complain if they make a mess of your order.

Before he left, Mike let the lady know that Scantlin's has some of the biggest and most reliable clocks in town and left his card She was thrilled. I was too!
