Mr Broxson (son) didn't even examine without the plastic or protector off. Then he stood with me as I looked for information on the Corsicana manufacturer and called them on my cell for their warranty process packet to get emailed to me. Then Mr Broxson finally poured out his problem with this Manufacturer saying he dropped them in 2020 and he agreed with the manufacturer that IF I do get the okay after sending in this lengthy warranty process that I will have to haul this queen mattress to some random store in Amarillo or further! Although our conversation remained cordial, this is atrocious customer service from Mr Broxson. I will never spend money at his store again.
