Staff, parking, room, breakfast was amazing…read more I will never give a 5 star until customers can control the air con units to provide constant fan circulation and noise. I'd like to offer a bit of advice as far as the air con. Wonder why older women are bitchy on business trips and vacations? These damn hotel rooms don't have an air conditioner that stays on all night. I got four hours of sleep because I had it cranked down to 69. It was fabulous and I fell asleep with my sheet on. It kicks off for 20 or 30 mins and I wake up hot and sweaty waiting for the dang thing to kick back on. Repeat this 30 times and you have an agitated, sleep-starved woman. Can IHG not recognize that if they'd allow even just a constant fan, we'd still get air circulation and white noise and probably only need the ac at 71 or 72 and get much better sleep? As of now-Horrible sleep!!! I know men complain of the unit kicking off and on too. Do something for your customers nationwide! Signed A CLuB MEMBER!!!

Make sure you avoid their office workspace, since nothing there works. The staff have known about the lack of working computers and printers and have done nothing to fix it in the last six months. The computers are antiques and they know that, but yet do nothing to rectify the issue. Considering there are alot of persons staying here, they need this service.
