I've been a regular here for three years now and have never been disappointed. Joe and his family are the kindest team and have worked hard to meet my expectations every time. They have a wide variety of colors and flowers to choose from and work very fast to get the bouquets done. They are extremely budget friendly and will work around what you can afford while still giving the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. I've been getting flowers from here since 2020. I happened to pass by once and made it a point to always come back. The owners are kind and listen to what I like. They have even remembered the type of arrangements I like to get for my grandmother and the ones that my mother likes, one with all the colors the other is more monochromatic. The flowers are always beautiful and they last me a long time as well. Met my fiancé in this shop and now he gets me flowers from here also. I once received the most stunning blue roses and I still have them months later, as they dried beautifully. I love flowers, I often pop in or call for a random arrangement mid week and they have it ready for me quickly. I share color, bouquet size, if I want a vase or not and sometimes specify the flowers I'd like and they always deliver. I guess you can say that I'm a regular. read more

As I approached the shop, the fact that the "s" in the FLORIST sign was missing its cover plate should have given me some inkling that this company does not pay attention to the small details that matter. And when buying flowers, it is often the small details that make all the difference in the world. Flowers are an indulgent gift. They are a gift of love, concern or a myriad of emotions. They are a gift to show that you care. You should buy flowers from a florist that has a passion about not only the flowers, but making people happy. I did not get that vibe from the staff at this florist. They seemed to me that they were there do a job. All in all, I will give them two stars. read more

The Nook helped me with a very important and impossible last second order. 1 minute after they opened in the morning, they took my call and had the flowers on site delivered within 50 minutes. Less than 1 hour from call to delivery! it was unbelievable and I am forever grateful. I went in to the flower nook today to buy flowers for my girlfriend who has been sick the past few days and I doubt I'll ever buy flowers from Publix again. It was such a lovely little shop and the woman who helped me was equally lovely. She asked me what I was looking for, colors, wrapped or vase, price point, etc, and after the little consultation she created a beautiful arrangement centered around this lavender purple rose that was gorgeous. I ordered an arrangement for a Celebration of Life for my mom.. I chose a deluxe arrangement because I wanted it to be really nice .. the family chose donations to St Jude Childrens hospital in lieu of flowers for mom so these were to be the only flowers .. I paid over $200 for this arrangement and when it was delivered I contacted the florist and expressed my dismay over the small arrangement as opposed to the larger one I had ordered to be displayed on the mantle in the room we were to hold the service in. I was told he used all the right flowers and didn't have a picture of what I ordered from Patricia's Petals.. I sent him the picture of what I ordered and heard nothing back from him.. I contacted Patricia's petals and was told arrangements may vary.. I sent them both pics.. the one I ordered.. the one I received! ...really?? There was no comparison! They credited me back $45 which covered the taxes and service charge. The order for the flowers was $235! We had to go out, purchase more flowers from a flower shop and redo the arrangement in a different larger vase, to get what we thought we were getting when I, in good faith, ordered the Deluxe arrangement of white roses, Lilys and daisies for my mother's celebration of life. And all in the midst of our family trying to prepare for a really tough time of remembering and saying good bye to my mom. Don't use Patricia's Petals and don't use the flower nook florist!! Great customer service and I love being able to support a local small business. For the past two years I have relied on The Flower Nook for Easter Lilies for my church. It's becoming increasingly more challenging to find florists that are willing to bring in Easter lilies since people don't seem to really give them to their Mommas and Grandmommas anymore. With all the non-essential businesses closing due to the shelter in place orders I was afraid that this year would be the year without lilies for my church but the Flower Nook came through with flying colors. The flowers were beautiful and they always find a source that doesn't cost an arm and a leg which is a huge help to my small church. I highly recommend The Flower Nook for your floral needs. I ordered flowers for my daughter who was locked inside with covid and feeling very down. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and we made the arrangements. I ordered 3 arrangements for a Memorial and Celebration of life service. A standing spray, table center piece and a vase arrangement. The florist and son business exceeded my expectations. I didn't see anything in the flower books so I picked an style and color scheme , Fall flowers with a touch of blue, and allowed them to create. The arrangements were modern looking and bursting with color and shapes. Very tasteful and well don. I had been shopping on line so I know that their price was very reasonable. My family wanted to send me a care package that they ordered with cheese, meat, fresh fruit & some other goodies. Instead I got dollar store snacks, sampler bag of chips & salted peanuts, with random pieces of fruit thrown in. My family paid over 100 dollars for dollar store snacks?! The delivery of it was horrible. They first two times I wasn't home so I ended up giving my roommate's number so she could get it. They called her 5 times in a row to tell her they were there only to not be at our front gate when I went there. Then they gave me the run around on how long is was going to take. 5/20/2022: Ordered same day flowers for my mother to be delivered to a hotel, and I got an email saying it arrived. BUT IT NEVER DID! I AM SO UPSET and what a waste of money!! Paid extra for the same day delivery! Will be calling to receive a refund! This place is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! I regret not looking at the reviews first before ordering. Will never make that mistake again! UPDATE 5/21/2022: I was finally able to get a hold someone at the shop after calling twice. The man on the phone apologized that my order was not delivered on the same day, which I appreciated. HOWEVER, that is the end of anything positive I have to say about this florist. I proceeded to ask him why my order (flowers, teddy bear, a "congrats" balloon and personalized card) was not delivered on the same day I ordered (yesterday). He told me that his driver tried to deliver my order but the delivery location (a hotel) did not accept them. LIE #1. I called the front desk of the hotel and they informed me that NO ONE tried to deliver flowers that day. Then, the man on the phone continued to plead his case and said that the driver even tried to call the phone number listed on the order and no one answered. LIE #2! I told him the phone number listed was MINE and I had ZERO missed calls. He then tried to act like they wrote down the wrong number, which makes no sense because the order was placed electronically so they would have my number CORRECTLY LISTED (I even double-checked!) After that, he tried to sweet talk and say that he would "personally" deliver my order to the hotel. I was doubtful but he insisted that it would get done. I emphasized that there better be flowers, a teddy bear, a "congrats" balloon and the personalized card with my message because I paid EXTRA for all of this. He reassured me and said he understands and that they have it all taken care of. He also promised the order would be delivered between 1-3pm EST. LIE #3. The order did not come until 5pm EST AND it was ONLY FLOWERS. SERIOUSLY WTF! AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN THE FLOWERS I ORDERED!!! I will be calling on Monday 5/23/2022 to demand a FULL refund because this place has been a headache to deal with and my mom didn't get any of the items I purchased for her. If I don't get a refund, I will be disputing the charge with my CC company so that this business will also lose out on this sale. What a terrible experience! I ordered flowers for my wife's first mothers day using their website and had a delivery confirmed for Mother's Day. My card was charged shortly after placing this order and I waited at home for the flowers to arrive and unfortunately they never showed up. What a huge disappointment. I called and emailed the shop on Mothers Day afternoon but unfortunately no one responded to any of my calls or emails. I called again the next day but my calls went unanswered, so I drove to the shop to request a refund. When asked why none of my calls were returned, I was told by the owner, "I saw you calling, but I was busy". I requested proof of a refund and was told it would be emailed to me the next day but it never was. I had to come back to the shop on two separate occasions that week and the following week to get a status on the refund they claimed was processed but I never received. I ultimately went back a third and final time and stayed until a refund receipt was provided. This was a nightmare and I hope no one else has to deal with this place. I wish this would have gone better but I cannot not recommend Flower Nook to anyone read more

I called the store and they told me that it would be better for them tomorrow rather than today because they had already been in that area. I ordered 50 long stem roses to celebrate my wife's 20th work anniversary on July 28th via FTD.com to be delivered August 8th for $156.  On August 8th I got an email saying they were delivered but they had not. I called FTD and they apologized saying the florist did not answer their phone but assured me they were sending a message to them and they would be delivered by 8pm. I called back at 8:30 asking for a refund since they never arrived. It absolutely ruined my surprise and made me feel scammed. So today Aug 9th the doorbell rang around noon. I answered it immediately and saw a car speeding away. On my stoop was this poorly made arrangement with dying flowers. So disappointed!  After looking at all these negative reviews I can see the pattern of scamming customers. Stay clear of this place! ZERO stars. read more

My husband has used this place a few times because they are the closest and a local family owned business. I haven't been very impressed and our recent purchase solidified our reasons to never use them again. My husband purchased a dozen roses flower arrangement last Saturday.. Exactly a Week from today... By Monday they were dying. They never even smelled. When I called to share our dissatisfaction, I was told by Nick that only the designer was there and that neither he or her had the authority to do anything but that he'd let the manager "Jose" know to call my back. I gave him my number and even offered the spelling of my name. No return call that day. No return call the next day either. So I called them back and spoke to Maria. I explained the situation to Maria and even shared that we'd used them in the past and our flowers always lasted well over a week. She offered to replace with a new arrangement and asked when my husband could pick them up. By the way, still no apology... I shared that we both worked and couldn't go. No offer to deliver either. I volunteered to pick the arrangement up. I was advised it would be ready by 5:30pm. I arrived at 6pm to what seemed to be an empty flower shop. The place looked very unorganized. I looked down to the end of the store, there appeared to be a woman doing something in the back. She finally acknowledged me by looking at me (no "can I help you"). I introduced myself and said I was here to pick up a flower arrangement (next to me was the arrangement I thought I was getting)... She said she'd be right back and went to the back. She proceeded to arrange a dozen red roses.... Added some baby's breath wrapped it in plastic and tied a ribbon around it... Sprayed it with something and handed it to me. I looked somewhat surprised but I took the bouquet she handed me. But before I left, I offered to show her a picture of the dying roses. When I showed her the picture and shared that this was taken on Monday - just a few days after they were purchased her response was... "Why didn't you call us on Monday?" I was shocked! I answered that I did call - several times in fact but that Jose, never returned my call. I was completely unimpressed... I was still polite though.. I thanked her and walked out. Needless to say, we won't use them again nor recommend them. It's a shame because they had so many opportunities to make it right. read more

A family friend ordered flowers for my Mom's 80th birthday. They delivered even this it was 40 mile drive and with traffic it took her 1 1/2 hours. That is great service and they are beautiful. There are 3 or 4 florist in St Cloud Fl that won't deliver out to of town city limits which is like 15 miles or less for them. So much appreciation to The Flower Nook. read more

I was looking for a Groupon in the Orlando area for a flower delivery service because my sister was running the Disneyworld marathon. I thought it would be cute to send her a bouquet to congratulate her on her amazing accomplishment. I bought a Groupon for this business and when I called to order, the guy on the phone had no idea how to redeem the Groupon and had no idea what the deal even was, because he tried to charge me for extra things that were INCLUDED in my deal. That should have been my first sign to not trust this place. He had to constantly put me on hold and was virtually clueless about the flower ordering process, which made me nervous but decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I asked if I could please get a CONFIRMATION of when the actual flowers were delivered to my sisters hotel and he said no problem! Now down to business: the flowers NEVER got delivered, I never got a call or an email of any confirmation. When I called this place to ask why they were never delivered, they hung up in my face and when I tried calling they would not answer my call. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I was devastated that this special present I had for my sister was ruined because this establishments unprofessional business practices. I WISH WISH WISH there were no stars, seriously. This florist completely ruined the kind gesture my husband attempted. My husband, who is currently in Afghanistan, placed an order to send me flowers because I had a horrible day. He went through Teleflora and was assured that the flowers would be delivered by close of business. Well, he received delivery confirmation at 4 pm and sent me a text, guess what.. there was NO DELIVERY. He was extremely irate as his surprise was ruined. I called Teleflora on his behalf as he emailed me all of the info. Teleflora of course had THE WORST customer service ever! They called this florist who stated "the flowers are en route" This was at 4:30 pm. Well I found out the florist's number and called and I was told "I am so sorry we only have one driver, your flowers are here and the driver is on the way back to the shop" okay fine. Waited, waited, waited, still no flowers. Teleflora called me and stated they called the florist AGAIN and was told the flowers were "en route". This was at 5pm. It is now 730pm and still, no flowers. The florist is closed. They have $70 of my husband's money. They surely know how to RUIN something special. I would strongly advise that you use a different florist if you want honesty and customer service. My husband is a brave man who serves his country and this is what happens when he tries to cheer up his wife. BTW... this place is only 9 miles from my house so they could have walked the flowers here in the time that they have been lying about delivering them. I even have proof that they said the flowers were "hand delivered" at 3:59 pm. Which Teleflora has confirmed that only the florist can do, purposefully and intentionally. This was not an accident, it was intentional. They do not get the $$ from Teleflora until they confirm delivery. So needless to say. I had to call Teleflora back wait on hold for 40 minutes until I got a supervisor to cancel the order. Thanks to this HORRIBLE FLORIST. ***UPDATE*** After Skyping with my husband I went to Tijuana Flats to grab a bite to eat. When I returned home my friend pointed to my counter where the flowers were. They were delivered at around 8:30pm. They were Daisies and Carnations. Really??? You deliver flowers that are of inferior quality to those that are sold at Wal-Mart?? This is just insult to injury. I'm not an ungrateful person however after all of the lies and the fact my husband spent $70 I would have expected something other than a $10 Wal-Mart bouquet. Shameful. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I sent flowers to my daughter for Valentines Day through FTD. This is the mistake of a place they decided to use. Her boyfriend did the same thing. The flowers I sent didn't show up until TWO DAYS LATER!! The flowers her bf sent showed up right at closing time and are brown and wilted in spots. I will be getting a refund from FTD and so will her bf. No one even said anything when they dropped them off today. They walked in, dropped them and took off. He let me know the color roses that were on their website picture was not available but he would add yellow roses. He called me to let me know they were ready.
