Edit: Eva called me about my review. She said I didn't get the pink roses I wanted because when they started doing the design it looked bad and they changed the flowers (no one called me about this change) they also said my sunflowers died the next day because they require a lot of water and putting them in that green foam would kill them. I told her I wasn't aware of that either and wish any of that would have been communicated. I didn't choose the green foam or the heart it was their idea when I gave my vision so knowing they'd die the next day I wouldn't have agreed. They refunded me half of my order. I paid $103 for this. One I asked for pink roses and didn't get them :( then I asked for the sunflowers all around I was told filler would be just inside the ribbon. I could've bought a 3/$12 at Publix baby breath the flowers and sunflowers and gotten more flowers. I also could've bought a heart chocolate and flower sponges at the dollar tree and done this. I'm so disappointed I can't even tell the other person I was splitting this gift with how much I paid. It was my idea and I'll have to live with l knowing I made the wrong call :/ read more

I live in NY but wanted to send flowers to my sister in Florida for her birthday. I took a chance based on reviews and their excellent website and called Eva's Creations. I spoke with Eva, told her the price I wanted to spend and she was so lovely to work with in my explanation of what type of arrangement I wanted and left the rest up to her artistic hands. She also was able to have them delivered to my sister the same day I called. My sister received the flowers and said she has never had flowers that beautiful. Eva did an arrangement that exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend you will get more than your monies worth with her arrangements and service! Support local businesses even if you are in NY and they are in Florida. :) read more

I ordered flowers very last minute for mothers day and was very please they could accommodate my request, as a lot of other florists could not. The lady on the phone was very pleasant. Everything was quick and easy no problem. Mom received the flowers at her work on mothers day!!!!! That all being said they were the ugliest flowers Ive ever seen. They definitely took one left over flower from every previous bouquet and threw it into the one I ordered. No rhyme or reason to these flowers. They looked all over the place, like someone threw up lucky charms on them. Next time I procrastinate I will not waste my money here. I could have at-least gotten a heads up the flowers would be all over the place. Unless you pick a specific arrangement from their website do not order. Fortunately my mom knows me very well and laughed about it. She knows I would never pick something so ridiculous. read more

Thank you Eva's Creations! After three tries from other stores claiming they had succulents only to have three cancellations, I placed the order with Eva's Creations. To my mother's delight, she received a big, beautiful planter of a variety of healthy succulents for her house warming. BEWARE-other florists claim they are local but are really remote 800 numbers with no local store that includes Patricias Petals and Terry's Florist. The latter is not to be confused with local Terri's Eustis Flower Shop who were nice but out of stock. Eva's Creations will be my go-to for flowers and plants in the Mount Dora area. read more

received a flower delivery late on a Saturday afternoon from a friend. Some of the flowers were already dead and dried out. It looked like it had been pulled from the back of a cooler and they wanted to get rid of it. Within 24 hours the roses that already looked droopy with brown crispy edges were completely dead like the zinnias. I emailed the owner and it has been over two weeks and have not heard back. Even included my phone number.I did not want to tell the person who sent them to me so I contacted the florist, Eva's creations, first. Completely ignored me. The flowers were not left on my door as they were handed to me by the delivery man. Very disappointing and will not order from them or recommend them. read more

I received a beautiful bouquet on Tuesday for my birthday. Sadly, the flowers are already dying in the arrangement after only two days. I would have expected them to last longer; they have plenty of water. Very disappointed and will tell my son to order from someone else next time. I'm sure this wasn't an inexpensive arrangement. The flowers my husband bought at Publix still look fresh and vibrant. read more

Several months ago I saw a Teleflora arrangement in a 1965 red Ford Mustang. I called Eva's Creations to order one for my Dad. She said that due to COVID that the item was out of stock but she'd let me know when it was available. A week ago, Eva's Creations called and said she could now get the Mustang and did I want one. I have friends who are moving to Florida from Snow Country. I always search for a local florist because the call centers do not do a good job in my experience, plus I like to support local business owners. So when I called Eva's..what a surprise I got! "Are you locally owned?", I asked. "Yes, we are", the person replied. I told her my wish for welcome to FL flowers...and that the flight would just be getting in (it was about 4pm). I waited to order to be sure that the flight arrived so a floral delivery would not be out in the hot Florida sun. And I was hoping for same day delivery! I was so amazed! Can do! she said to EVERYTHING I asked. Can deliver. Can send what you want. She even suggested some tropical flowers since these are folks coming from colder climes. Holy cow! With Mother's Day 2 days away I really wanted to send flowers to my mother from a local florist. I live in Massachusetts and she lives in Mount Dora. After coming across Evas creations and seeing the great reviews I decided to give them a call to place an order. The woman on the phone was super sweet and very helpful! Quick and easy no problems. I decided on the popular zen set of flowers. She told me if they were running low that they would just make it more tropical. I was totally fine with that! With such short notice I totally understood that they were busy and the flowers would not be delivered on Mother's Day but the day after. No problem! To my surprise they actually delivered them to my mom on Mother's Day!!!!! Both my mother and i were so unbelievably happy. With everything going on right now in the world and being apart from my mother this meant so so much to the both of us! Would never recommend this florist!!! My parents ordered me a basket of flowers for my birthday to be sent to me, since they live out of town. They came completely dried out and brown. I called and spoke to the owner who apologized but went on to tell me she has had so many problems with this new girl they just hired and that they were definitely going to fire her. First off, that is too much information to give to a customer! The owner said she was sending the delivery guy back to pick up the flowers and she would remake them. Well when the driver came back with the flowers it was about half of what the first order was. Much smaller!!! This was this past Saturday, it is Tuesday now and the flowers are all dead.
