Coffee is good. You can also get little chocolates here as well. They put a lot of care into packaging so that it looks nice and ready to gift. This goes for both the flowers and when taking home your finished products from the workshop. It's very easy to book workshops and custom bouquets through their Wechat. Note that it is a small cafe so there isn't a lot of seating. There are a few seats at the tables and a few seats at the coffee bar. It can be hard to find seating especially when there is a workshop going on. They can also get pretty busy.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and the shop was busy. I bought a bouquet of flowers for my friend's bday and the service is very good. The florist was very friendly and helpful. We also tried the hot Spanish latte while waiting. It's a nice little neighborhood spot to hangout. The have one large table and a few high stop seats along with a two seater and coffee table. It's roughly three doors down from Arts Market, on the northeast corner of Glebemount and Danforth avenues. The plants were so pretty. The prices were extremely reasonable. I had to go into the store to check it out. The woman at the store was friendly. She said hi. She let me know that if I wanted to see the fresh-cut bouquets, I could go inside the room that was separate from the main store area. Cool! I was impressed by the variety of orchids that this store had. The blue orchids were exceptionally gorgeous. All orchids were healthy and nicely maintained. A mom-son duo walked in. They were getting a flower arrangement for the son's graduation. They were thoughtful about the flower colours that they wanted. I found a baby rubber plant that looked so naturally shiny and beautiful. It was $5. It was plant love at first sight. I had to get it. The woman came over. I asked if she accepted credit cards. She did, but the transaction charge was ridiculous that she preferred a debit card or cash. I let her know that I was parked across the street and could fetch my debit card. She was good with it. It's rare that I was parked so close to where I wanted to be. I put my order from the Arts Market in my car, grabbed my debit card, and headed back to the store. She was talking to the mom-son duo. I politely said sorry as the owner immediately came over to me to we could get the transaction done. Customer service is impeccable. She managed to deal with me and the duo simultaneously, making us both feel that our business was important to her. I tapped and my transaction was complete. She asked me if I wanted a bag. I said yes, as you never know what will happen if I have to make a turn in my car and soil goes flying everywhere. I got a bag to protect my plant. I thanked her and happily carried my new plant to my car before I headed home. I had to repot my new plant, as the roots were screaming for more space. Luckily, I had the perfect larger planter for it. It is a lovely addition to my ever-expanding plant collection. It's a lovely store. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area and see what my next plant will be. (220)

We usually order our flowers with customization in colours and preferences through the wechat app and the owner is pretty responsive to our orders. However, on busier days such as Mother's Day, the owner is super disoriented and gives you whatever pre-made bunch of flowers she has on hand. I ended up with two bouquets that are purple, even though that is not what I have ordered. The owner stated that she had given my bouquet earlier to someone else who came to pick up and therefore is giving me someone else's purple bouquet as well. You can let the owner know your budget for the flowers and she came make the magic happen for you. I usually order $50 bouquets in advance with requests of peonies and no lilies. Her wrapping has gotten more modern and beautiful over time which is great that she is keeping with trends! There are also single stem flowers and premade bouquets that you can purchase on the spot. A big tip for this shop is to pre-order early and don't pick up your flowers on a busy day/ holiday like Mother's Day. Pick up your flowers a day before and have it readily available at home to make sure you get what you actually ordered! Overall, would I order from here again? Yes - because it's cheap! Is it a gamble with your flower colour? Yes - but I'm willing to take the risk for it!
