I don't post often but had a bad customer experience here. The estimator was mad that I could not take the appointment earlier than the scheduled time and left. When I called, they said to use another vendor. I read other posts about the poor customer experience and was going to use them nonetheless. At least I found out early on that the other posts were true. After going through this, I would recommend Bob's Carpet and Flooring. They came the same day, the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable, and we were able to lock in the installation with great rates and financing terms. read more

Not sure what happened but still waiting for salesman to get back to me with quote Visited store for tile. Salesman was at my house an hour later to measure I provided a piece of tile I was hoping to match. Salesman said he'd call me that afternoon or the next day with quote and let me know if he could match my tile if not I said I'd pick something similar over a week has passed and I'm still waiting for his call. Would not recommend anyone waste their time with this store plenty of other tiles stores to chose from. read more

The floor Store came into our company and redid our floors. It changed the whole look of our showroom. They did a wonderful job and the service was great from start to finish. They were also our best and lowest quote. They came to us with samples, contract and for payment. We never had to leave our office. I would definitely recommend. read more

Never hire "The Floor Store"! They did a shoddy install job of our vinyl planks in June 2021. We asked them to fix the issue, but it still never looked right with gaps where there should not be gaps. In addition to this, there were large divots where they removed tile in our garage entryway and they did not level the floor or fill any of the nail holes from the carpet tack. When you walked on the floor in that area you could feel the floor sink down. In December, moisture started coming up between the planks. We called them to replace the entire hallway where they didn't install correctly... where the majority of the gaps were located. When the installer started removing the flooring, he noticed the moisture ran under most of the vinyl planks and had to stop. We called a water restoration company and they had to rip it all out and dehumidify our home. The leak detection company & plumber could not find a leak. It was determined it was a moisture barrier issue. We filed an insurance claim, but it was denied since no leak was found. I called The Floor Store and spoke with the owner, but she stated it was just "aesthetics" and denied any responsibility. She said "I'm sorry those gaps were left . . . if the floor was still there we could fix it with molding". Then she only offered a discount on our next flooring purchase. NO thanks! This is a big loss! So far, we have paid double what we spent originally, including the water restoration and leak detection. It's been extremely stressful and time consuming! I just want to warn people . . . Do Not hire the "The Floor Store"! read more

Looking for new laminate flooring, my wife and I went to this store on the recommendation of a painter. The store is family owned. We were immediately met by Tommy Melander who showed us to the warehouse full of flooring options. After choosing a variety of four different large samples to take home, we chose one we liked. An appointment for Tommy to come to the condo was set up for measurement and a bid. Tommy was on time and detailed in his measuring and explaining the process for taking up the carpet, what would have to be moved and providing the quote. He was very complimentary in our choice of flooring for the condo. Tommy also has very entertaining personality and I highly recommend him. We plan to have the flooring installed the middle of April 2017 and will come back to Yelp for an updated review. read more

Walked in to find three different (older gentleman) reps working with several different groups of people. Looked around for about five minutes until all of the people were done being helped and had left the store. Continued to browse for another 10 minutes while the reps sat down and proceeded to ignore me. I just bought my first home so I was really looking for someone to be helpful and insightful on what type of tile flooring and backsplash to get for kitchen, bath and living room. If that's what you're looking for, don't think about this place. However, they did appear to have a very large selection of carpet, wood and tile. I only wish I could have spoken with someone about options and opinions. read more

We recently had new flooring installed throughout our entire home. We shopped around for pricing, then came back to David because of his great customer service. Then he beat the price of our best quote! Done deal! Measurement process was simple and we set a date for installation. The flooring was the final piece of a total remodel and we ended up having to push back the installation by a week to allow completion of other work. Not a problem! Called David and he rescheduled. When Jose arrived with his installation team we were thrilled with their level of customer service and attention to detail. Jose made sure we knew everything about our new flooring, answered all of our questions about the installation, and addressed our specific concerns. Before he left he made sure we were satisfied, and left his direct contact information with us, just in case we had any concerns with the installation. New flooring is a big ticket item and I was worried about getting the best for my money, these guys came through for us. Can't recommend them enough. Our floors look amazing!
