Few days prior my wife and I get conflicting times on the massage. Since they are closed on Monday we had to wait until Tuesday morning, the day of the massage, to call. I was told yes, I am at noon, my wife is at 2:00. I ask how can that be because it's a couples massage and the owner was very specific that if scheduled for noon they could get us in. After a brief hold we were told they could get us in at 2. Being that it was birthday my wife had additional plans AFTER the massage, so that was out. This is not the first time we have had to call and bring THEIR screw up to their attention. Then,I get a message saying they marked me as a no show!!!!! A no show after I called to ask about a scheduling error on THIER part?!?! Then I find out stuff like this has happened with our second child that goes there for haircare. Also my wife took our two youngest daughters there for spa day, but there were similar issues with that too.So, they have now lost a FAMILY of customers that had been going there for years and continued to overlook THIER scheduling screw ups.

Tom did my nails and stayed on his phone 75% of the time then got frustrated when he was talking to me and I didn't answer because I didn't know he started talking to me. He nipped my skin with the drill I jerked away and said ouch he said don't jerk and I won't get your skin. Then he dug his fingernail so hard into my thumb it dented in I said ouch again he said I didn't hurt you I put glue under your nail. YES you did you dug your nails into me. I asked for a design when I first sat down he started to mount the top coat on so I asked if he was going to do the design. He was annoyed when I showed him and said You want all that? It was a red and gold bow on all fingers. I said yes. He came back and said red is just fine? I said I guess then told him just to do one finger so I can go. The design was not even completed. All they kept sayin was sorry we have been busy all day. Then you shouldn't take appointments! We drove over an hour to get here and have dinner reservations at 5pm. should have had plenty of time. We actually needed up leaving one person of our party so other could attend dinner with the out of town family we were meeting.
