We don't get updates 24 hours in advance anymore, we have to call and wait on hold to find out what FBO to go to and get a tail number, if we do not call, we have no idea -no emails and no calls from them. Also the price has nearly doubled in the last year. Flights from SNA to Las Vegas were about $10k (still a little high, but within range), now they are $17k-19k one way for a Very Light Jet (lowest class of jet). I cancelled my service with them and moved to another provider, much happier now.
