But Luxury has a replacement jet for $6600.00 additional, take it or lose the house and rental reservations that have been paid. I as to split the cost and the answer was a big NO. A nice bait and switch gave me no choice but to pay the additional $$. Luxury has lost this customer.

Decent prices and they will tell you the rate ahead of time for where you want to go. For some reason if you can't get an Uber or a Lyft this is a last call option.

I had to call them. They had the wrong address for pick up in the system so it was good I called ahead. The taxi arrived LATE. The driver was very friendly. When I called for from airport week later dispatch again was awful. I was told they'd be there in 15 minutes had to call twice since they did not show. It took them close to an hour to show. With both calls it was very unclear, having to constantly say we have bad connection please repeat. If they don't fix issues with their dispatch service they will lose many customers.
