Looking for a very liable luxury private charter jet experience with exemplary customer service?…read more Look no further. Luxury Aircraft Solutions/Jetmembership.com has been so good to me and my family. Their pricing makes very clear sense and is EXTREMELY competitive. When they say wholesale, they mean wholesale. I've done side by side comparisons from other charter companies and Luxury Aircraft Solutions/Jetmembership.com ALWAYS comes in lower. Some of the best values with aircraft types too. Safety is ALWAYS kept as a core value of this company. They would not dare offer you something that was not safe. Membership: Pay $3000 a year or $250 a month at jetmembership.com and you truly unlock some of the best pricing in the industry. Think of it like a Costco business structure: the mark up at Costco is not very high on the products Costco sells but the vast majority of profits are made on membership fees. Very straight forward business concept very little BS. Customer Service Experience: First and foremost with a business: people are everything. It's what makes a company great. I would like to take this time to single out Jack. He is so so so professional and beyond great at his job. I have contacted Jack with so many questions. And they said it was out of their hands and had no responsibility for the screw up. I've since talked to my lawyer and another individual who is close to the FAA. They have not heard the last of this situation. Beware, these guys are either not to be trusted or grossly incompetent. For the record I've flown at least 20 private charters and this never happened before.
