Lots of gym for less $ have TRX included. 3) Only one set of each weight (i.e., one set of 15 lb, one 10, one 25 lb, etc.) so if in use, you are out of luck. 4) Leg press is weird and hard to use. Parents don't have rights. We withdrew him from what we feel was an inadequately run and unsafe Rockport Program. Upper management does not care about your child. If you think this is just a rant, call the Dept. of Early Education and Care and ask. They were cited on numerous noncompliance violations including understaffed for their licensing, no current CPR certifications for staff, numerous occasions where staff failed to report injuries to children and incident reports without parental signature, meaning parents may not have been notified if their child was involved in an incident.

The name scared me a bit but the price was outstanding; $10 a class...no really, it's $10 a class. AND they have classes at 5:30 in the morning which is perfect for me. I've been three times and cannot recommend it highly enough. The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and their cues are outstanding. It appears there are all levels in the class from folks like me to folks who are obviously very advanced in their skills. And these veterans, unlike accomplished yogi in some studios, are focused on their own practices, and waste no time judging others. I love it here; I actually like going to yoga class.

The studio upstairs was quite hot (unintentionally, I believe) but Alli kept everyone motivated and present despite the heat. The studio is sizable and pretty with lots of assistive props to borrow. Alli's flow was really dynamic and challenging. I also am a yoga teacher, and I found myself enjoying her class a lot! Would definitely come back if we are in the area again!
