They are really good with my animals. Tyler and Rachael are amazing groomers. And everybody else…read morein the store is knowledgeable and helpful.

Only putting one star because can't put -5…read more Saturday 10/25/2025 We had a grooming appointment for a nail trim for my pup with Rachel Longo. We were running a little late and called the store to let them know. We got to the store just a few minutes after our set appointment time, when we arrived, I checked in with Rachel to let her know that we were there with our pup. Rachel was very testy and rude when she acknowledged that we were there. She was working on a smaller dog and stated that she had to finish with that dog. The poor dog was shaking and had eyes the size of saucers. As I was patiently waiting for her to finish the little dog started to yelp when she was working on it's ears. She rudely looked at me and snapped where is your dog. I explained that my husband was getting him out of our vehicle. She then put the little dog in the kennels and came to the front of the grooming area, snapped dogs name. I told her, she gave me the bill for the nail trim. At this time my husband came in with our pup and she opened the gate and ripped the leash out of my husband's hand. My husband was trying to speak with her, trying to explain our pups needs and she completely ignored him. We were able to explain that he had caught a back nail on my husband's Semi-truck steps and noticed that it had started to bleed a little. Rachel made a big deal about stomping back to the counter and got some tub, along with a muzzle. The whole time still having our pup being dragged with her. She then went into the back where the kennels and other dogs were. After a few minutes we hear her snapping at our pup and yelling at him to stop. By this time, I can only imagine how scared or nervous my pup is in her presence. We hear it a second time and my husband tells me get someone to go back and get our pup or he will. I got one of the customer service associates and she goes behind the door and gets our pup for us. Rachel comes out yelling at us that we have an unruly dog and should learn how to control him. My husband is trying to get the leash from her, and she will not give it back to him. At this point my husband does rip the leash out of Rachel's hand and get our pup back. Rachel yells at my husband "You can NOT bring me an out-of-control dog and expect me to do anything with him. My husband responded, "You need to learn your Breeds. My dog is very well trained. You have no right being around and dog/animal." As we're leaving Rachel starts to yell at me that I need to pay, which I had already done, and that I need to learn how to put my husband and pup in their "proper place". Both myself and my husband at this point are yelling that we are leaving and that we'll never come back. As I get through the door Rachel is still yelling that she trimmed my pups nails. We get in our vehicle and find that the nails have in fact not been trimmed. At time point my husband calls into the store to speak with a manager, only to get a shift leader, which was Sarah. As the Sarah is on the phone with my husband, Rachel proceeds to call my cell phone from her personal cell phone. I did not answer, she left a voicemail and then called a second time. I answered the second time and told her not to contact me again and if she did, I would contact Cabot Police for harassment then hung up. At this point Rachel starts texting my phone to say that she wants to apologize and make things right, she's not this type of person. She had just found out that a family member had passed away. I did message back not an excuse. She then continued in a total of 12 text messages trying to plead her case as to how her behavior should be forgiven. My last text to here after all of this was "I'm done and next message from you I will have Cabot police there" My husband had told Sarah to tell Rachel to quit calling and texting, or we would report harassment on not only Rachel but on Pet Supplies Plus. After all the text messages, cell phone calls, and speaking with the shift leader. I called Petsense in Beebe and was able to squeeze my pup in to get the nail trim completed for my pup and there was no issue whatsoever with my pup and the groomer at Petsense. So not only did I pay Pet Supplies Plus for not trimming the nails, I had to pay Petsense to do the trim that your company did not. I don't think that is fair to us or my pup. I don't think that the way my pup was treated at Pet Supplies Plus was fair either. We do NOT feel that any animal should ever be treated the way our pup was. It's uncalled for, along with cruel and disgusting behavior. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO Pet Supplies Plus.

I went here yesterday while visiting Conway. This was my first time in the store. I loved it!…read more I got personal help from a very friendly person finding things for my very picky Coton de Tulear.

I have a Havanese puppy and I took her to a different groomer. the next weekend we went camping…read moreand my poor puppy had knots on top of knots from his halter. I made an appointment with the same groomer as before. Waited 1 week for this appointment, got there with my boy and was told they would have to reschedule because it would take longer than she had left time for. I tried two different groomers who did not return my call. I went to Neighborhood Pet Shoppe and told the groomer, Shanyn, there what had happened with the previous groomers. She was very sweet and understanding. I told her how the knots were getting bigger from the camping trip.(It was the undergrowth of hair and no matter how I tried I could not get the knots out.) She told me she could make an appointment in 3 weeks. I booked the appointment. She texted me Saturday the day of the appointment told me she had a family emergency, Ok I'm good with that! Texted back and asked if I would have to wait another 3 weeks. She asked if I could come in that Monday. She even said she would give a 10 percent off for the inconvenience. I told her no need for that I was just glad he was going to be done Monday. At this point, I asked my husband why I had to wait 3 weeks when she fit me in the next day they were open. now I know why!!! I truly believe she never had intensions of grooming my dog that day. I got there and she said she could not do my dog that day. He probably would have to be sedated. She made me feel like an inadequate dog owner. She asked if I ever brushed my dog or bathed him. Very rude questions. She was told everything upfront including how bad the knots were. This is the problem nowadays, people do not know their place!! She maybe very good at grooming (I will never know because I will never go back to her) But her customer service is horrible!!! I will spread the word!! Long story not so short, I went to another groomer that day, showed them my boy and he will be groomed Wednesday!!! It has been almost a month and a half since this all started.
