The prices on their bird toys are crazy high. They claim to "price match" but when I showed them exactly the same toy on Amazon at regular price, they still wouldn't honor it. Will be shopping at Chewy.com from now on. Just went in to get a bag of our usual. It wasn't on the shelf, so I asked if they had any in the back. I followed the worker to the back and the stocker said that it was probably on the pallet, but that she wasn't going to look now. Really? What kind of customer service is that?!? Ok , here it goes. For those of you who don't feel like reading , I'll sum it up in short here. A) Don't buy their Bergon Pet Carrier option. My 1 month old chewed through the nylon window portion of it in less than 3 hours flat. I had only placed her in it for a total of 3 times to go along with the 1st day of house training. I repeat .. I bought this thing and she chewed through it in less than a day after spending about a total of 2 hours in it. Y'know , we put her in it when she doesnt potty outside or something right away. So she hated not being right next to me and would whine a bit.. By the third time I put her in there for a 20 minute time period , she had chewed her way through the window. -- So why did I give a 2 star rating? The employees who helped me each deserve 2 full fat stars for being super helpful and ready to answer any of my questions. My rating here DOES NOT REFLECT THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO HELPED ME YESTERDAY. The 2/5 rating is for the fact that when I called to explain the situation.. There was no Remedy. No refund/swap option. I was asked to "Contact the manufacturer" I spent $49.99 for something so flimsy that a 1 pound Chihuahua Dotson mix PUPPY chewed through in less than 3 hours. And that is perfectly acceptable by Petsense. I could have used one of these cardboard boxes I have in my closet ... jeez. Pet Sense , you should probably re-think your warranty/return/refund policy or consider pulling the Bergon pet Carrier off your shelf and replace it with something more proper and durable .. Like a paper bag perhaps. (Paper bags fold up a lot smaller too! - See .. a plus already) So , yea , I won't be bringing you anymore business. And neither you should anyone reading this =/ ------------------------ PS: I really only decided to get 3 things because everything was priced like I was looking at Dolce and Gabanna accessories. read more
