I…read morefelt I should show my appreciation for that help by buying the tile here in G'boro and take it myself to SC, rather than identifying the tile and sourcing it closer to my project. Apparently, loyalty only goes one way! When my tile person got to putting up the backsplash, we realized that the staff had given me sanded grout, but I really needed unsanded grout. I did not know to ask and they didn't ask me what my tiler wanted. Note that the backsplash I picked was sold in blocks, so the grout line width was defined by what I bought. Shame on me! I asked the staff if they would take it back, which I knew was not their written policy, but I hoped they would work with me in the same spirit I worked with them. Very definitely they would not. Be very careful working with these folks unless you are an expert.
