I bought a top back in july that I finally decided to wear and it came undone before I could actually wear it. That is pretty sad considering it has tags on and has never been used. I opted to call the store to see if there was anything that could be done since again this item was new and unworn but the owner im assuming was very rude and unprofessional. I explained the situation and she said "honey it was purchased in july, it is now november. We have a 14 day policy which you are lucky we even have that since most stores dont have that". Well actually most stores have a 30 day policy and are much nicer to customers unlike her especially with defective items. I explained to her I would make sure to never shop there again since she continued to talk down on me and treat me as if my concerns didnt matter. So now I am basically SOL on this item because of their poor quality in clothing. This store is not worth the money especially if the items that are brand new will not hold up and management will not do anything about it. Again, do not purchase from here unless you want unraveled and unwearable clothes.

They were sitting on top of the cashier counter talking and gossiping the whole time we were in the store. Not one girl had made eye contact, in fact when I was at the counter they continued to chat and ignored me & my friends to finish their conversation before asking if we were ready to check out. So be careful of what you purchase if they come apart the next day they will not bend on returns. I tried going through the chain and no help. I ignore because I'm assuming no way she stopped converting with current customer to ask me if i need help, to then hear her ask me louder which I say no i'm just looking, then once she was finished checking out lady i get asked AGAIN within a minute or two, I say no. Within the 3 minutes im in there I had already been spoken to on 4 separate occasions. As i'm talking to my boyfriend going back and forward showing him the shoes a different guy approaches me asking if I needed help, to which I say no thanks I already know what i'm here for. I then continue to look and show my boyfriend the shoes, and the original lady came up to me to ask me if i was looking to try on anything. I had already mentioned to my boyfriend if they bugged me one more time i was going to leave and within 5 seconds of me saying that she had came up to me again. I immediately left the store after how ridiculous it was to be bothered that much after how clear my "no's" were in their offer of being helped. Even my boyfriend felt frustrated on my behalf. I was in the store for LESS than 5 minutes and already asked SEVERAL times if i needed something. I totally understand that this is their job, but sometimes it's okay to leave people alone who are VERY clear about just wanting to be left alone. I would've ended up buying something if i had just been given the space to look. My boyfriend already knew his size and what he wanted he was just making a last minute decision but i wasn't given any chance to even talk to him for more than a minute without being interrupted. I genuinely am not one to be so upset about things like this nor leave negative reviews, but it was so ridiculous and so pushy it pushed me away from buying anything at all. Instead we decided to just order them online and wait a little longer because of how wild it was to be averaging a little over 1 question for every minute I was in the store.
