My mother and I go in for a routine visit and we noted the place was very clean and seemed harmless. Once we arrive downstairs we were abruptly asked to hand in our personal information sheets that we had to download ourselves at home. Then she found that our insurance might not qualify us to have our visit paid for. I insisted that she check to find out. God Forbid someone ask here do her duties as a professional receptionist !!
