Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. We happened by here after other options fell through and consider it a fortunate happening. The chicken momo (dumplings) and duck chhoila starters were flavorful and fresh. The momo were nice chicken and vegetable dumplings served with a mildly spiced curry sauce. The chhoila had mustard seed in it which, when drizzled with the accompanying lemon, was cut nicely and gave off great flavors. We also had the achari chicken, Everest mix special, and dansak chicken. Each came separately in lovely metal dishes with unique sauces and a heating tray underneath to keep them warm throughout the meal.
The meal also came with some of the best naan we've had and some very good saffron pilau rice. We cleaned our plates and left very satisfied and happy after a night that began a little unpleasant from having the other dinner options not work out. The staff was very attentive and engaging without being overbearing or hovering. They seemed to have perfect management in telling them when to come to the table. The manager was very professional and exceptionally helpful. This is a fairly new restaurant, the manager said they've only been open four weeks.
