Horses take a special place in my heart and they have many of them. Our favorite is Mommy and Me Pony adventures when my kids get to ride a horse in a mini class session. Big THANKS TO CRYSTAL COAN - she is absolutely the soul of this beautiful place and we have an amazing experience with her. The way she sees every child is incredible. My son who is 3yo adores her and feels safe and confident on the big power horse. Crystal notices every small detail and pays attention to child feeling and working on the riding skills every single class. And recently my 1.5 year old daughter had her first horse ride and I fully trusted Crystal. My daughter loved it, she felt safe and had so much fun I was mind blown. We are so grateful for Crystal to be an amazing, safe and supportive teacher. We keep coming every other week and I see their progress which is amazing. Thank you

From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and checked in with me regularly to go over details and timelines, which made the whole planning process feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, her team brought my vision to life for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything looked beautiful and ran so smoothly, and they took amazing care of our guests. One thing that really stood out was that Barbara arranged for two servers to specifically take care of my husband and me during cocktail hour and dinner. They made sure we had food and drinks so we could actually enjoy the night. Barbara, thank you for giving us the most perfect day. The people she brought to help with the serving hors d'oeuvres made sure I was fed (it got pretty hectic with pictures and all the hectic wedding day stuff) and manned the buffet line efficiently and nicely! I would recommend all of them in a heart beat. From the moment I called Dee she was on point about setting up a first meeting, answering all my questions, and telling me how much liquor I needed to buy, which again, was totally on point... and she went as far a making a rustic looking bar just for my event. Thank you Dee!! You are a true professional and great at what you do!

We had a wonderful experience with Mena for our wedding. Our event coordinator, Lily De La Osa, was…read moreso professional and accommodating. She gave us great tips on how to make our dream wedding menu become a reality within our budget. She listened to what we wanted and made recommendations tactfully and appropriately. She knows her trade well and is very well-regarded amongst the other vendors in the wedding business. In addition, Lily went above and beyond her role. When the rental company messed up the orders several times before the wedding, she revised the lists over and over again, and she contacted them directly (which she needed not do) in order to take things off my plate. On the day of the event, when the rental company was late in setting up, Lily herself moved their tables, set up the chairs, taped the dance floor... She did what she needed to do in order to ensure everything got done just in time before the guests walked in (and it wasn't even her job!). Our guests commented on the quality of the catering: the steak was cooked appropriately, the temperature of the food was just right, and the presentation was delightful. I thought the hors d'oeuvres were even better at the wedding than at the tasting!!! Additionally, the wait staff (especially the special server assigned to us) was very gracious! Our wedding was a special night that we'll remember for the rest of our lives, and it wouldn't have been what it was had it not been for vendors like Mena Catering. Would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat!

Our wedding at Vista Lago Ballroom was honestly more perfect than we could have imagined. We were…read moreactually one of those couples who originally planned to elope because we were worried a wedding would be overwhelming, stressful, and filled with hidden costs. Looking back now, choosing Vista Lago was one of the best decisions we made because they made the entire process feel so easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end. One of the biggest highlights was having a day-of coordinator INCLUDED in the package. Since she works directly with the venue, she knew absolutely everything top to bottom -- the timeline, vendors, setup, flow of the evening, and every behind-the-scenes detail. We never had to answer questions, solve problems, or stress about what came next because she already had everything handled before we even thought about it. We truly got to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. The staff also went above and beyond all night long. They continuously brought us hors d'oeuvres, drinks, dinner, and cake so we actually got to enjoy all the amazing food during the wedding. At the end of the night, they carefully packaged all of our leftovers and even saved the top of our cake for us before we left. Those thoughtful details meant so much to us. The venue was beautiful, the service was incredible, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees or last-minute issues. Everything was transparent, organized, and handled with so much care. We felt so taken care of throughout the entire experience and are beyond grateful to the Vista Lago team for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day
