I have had my van since last summer. It was not at all stressful,( sarcastic) to get through the process of buying it. Just two trips over a hundred miles away from home.
And,at first it was great to work with them, as they knew all about what was going on in my life at the time and still wanted to finanace my van.
I admitted i was struggling with making my payment.So, after being very meanover several phone calls, they did cut my payment in half, at what price to me i dont know, yet. However that helped a few months anyway. now to last month, i told them a payment to be taken off a debit card on a Friday, they waited till Monday and several other small charges came off of card over weekend so they shut car off over 15,00 that month in doing so they burnt a connection out and van refused to start. I had 5 certified machanics looked at it and said the same thing. faulty device. paid them the 15.00 and my van has not started since.
work 14 to 15 hours a day i work where we have no cell service at all. they dont care,
they said van was turned back on, nope!!! i almost lost my job because these asses refuse to admit my van has been sitting for a month now. i did not pay them this month becase we knew it was their fault it was broken.
i emailed them and explained i cant answer calls or return calls because i get home too late, they will not email anything but generic call us back emails. so i had anothe auto care place call them friday and he was told van is shut off again for non payment, not even a week late so i dont know what to do at this point.
When i bought van, i was told about GPS devise and that after no payments 30 to 60 days it would turn off if i was late on paying not two days or even a week so WTF! read more
