I'm writing this review because I wish I had read Yelp reviews before booking. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and the photos and description gave a very different impression than the actual experience. First, this hotel is NOT affiliated with Embassy Suites, which I mistakenly assumed when booking. It's a completely separate hotel called The Embassy. Pros * About 15 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf * Affordable stay compared to most San Francisco hotels * Friendly staff * Clean towels and linens * Charming older building architecture Cons The hotel is located in the Tenderloin District, one of the rougher neighborhoods in San Francisco. The location wasn't clearly advertised when booking. If you're a solo woman traveling, I personally wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're comfortable navigating rougher areas. The front entrance is often locked, so you sometimes have to ring a bell to be let in, which gives you an idea of the surrounding neighborhood. While the building has some historic charm, overall it felt dingy and worn. When we arrived, the room had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, even though the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free. We had to notify management about it. There is no air conditioning, only an old furnace system that may or may not work. San Francisco weather is cool so opening the window helped, but street noise is loud, which could bother light sleepers. The photos on Expedia appear heavily filtered and misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. Amenities are very minimal -- only a small fridge, no real extras, and the TV isn't Bluetooth enabled. Bottom Line If you're simply looking for a cheap place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time out exploring, this may work. But if you're expecting modern accommodations, accurate listing photos, or a safer-feeling neighborhood, you may want to stay elsewhere. read more

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else, TRUST ME! I had to check out immeditely. The pictures do not look like the actual hotel. It felt grimey, dirty, heat didn't work, TV remote didn't work, there was a weird smell, a ton of homeless right outside the building, and the front desk said that they'd honor a refund but when I followed up they denied it and then stopped responding. The ethics of this hotel are really disappointing, especially with how all around dumpy it is. Bad business! Worst hotel experience I've had. Do not recommend at all. read more

The hotel itself had a retro feel (which was nice). My room had no a/c, and there are wood pieces on the window tracks to prevent one from opening them, no coffee pot, giant size tv, bed was alright, but the walls were thin and whoever was next door had their tv blasting till 6 a.m. The room looked retro (which I totally liked). The bathroom also had a retro look. The biggest issue I had was no ac no open windows. My overall experience wasn't good. read more

I would never stay here again. The moment of arrival was a horrible experience. First it was definitely false advertising. The photos look much nicer than the actual hotel. The area the hotel is in is definitely not safe nor clean. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. We were in town for a baby shower and had family briefly park to drop off gifts (which was also communicated to the attendee that would take no more than 15-20 mins tops to unload and take upstairs. They locked them in the gate and insisted they pay full parking price just to drop off. They were extremely rude to my mom and dad even when asking simple questions like do you have a cart to put bags on. Apparently they also only have one for the whole establishment. Our keys stopped working not once, not twice, not three times but four in one day. Huge inconvenience. Also there was NO PHONE in the room nor AC. The elevators are extremely old. Also slow. Also only fits 4 people so you have to wait again if people are already on. The bathrooms reminded me of a nasty college dorm community bathroom. One where u need to wear shower shoes in the shower because they are so nasty. Overall horrible hotel that honestly deserves to be shut down and demolished. The staff should never work in hospitality again. If I could give this zero stars across the board I would. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more somewhere else because this was trash read more

The Embassy Hotel - Shower - Hotels Near Me - San Francisco, California

This is a very complcated one to write. I'll start with the fact that the staff were amazing. Everyone I dealt with here was kind and helpful. And the place was... clean. And had some very nice old wood furniture. But... it's old. It's crumbling. Lots of cracked surfaces, lots of worn and stained upholstery. The bed sheets may well have been made of sandpaper, and you can hear EVERY. STEP. TAKEN. on the floor above. We had booked a wheelchair accessible room, and while, yes, there is an elevator that got us to the floor, and we could navigate the chair to the room... that was the end of it. Once in the room, you couldn't get the chair to the bed. Thankfully my spouse can walk that far, but not all people can. The shower definitely didn't have a seat or anything to help with accessibility. The window didn't lock. (4th floor, but still.) The door to the fire escape on the 4th floor was not capable of closing, let alone locking. The door didn't fit in the frame. The radiator in our room was... uncontrollable. We turned it off (it was unseasonably warm in SF for Nov) but it turned itself back on, even though the dial was closed. The room became sweltering. Eventually the hotel management just turned the radiator system off to deal with it. At one point we considered switching rooms, but the room they showed us on the first floor also had a window that wouldn't lock. Not doing that on the first floor. No way. The neighborhood is fine. I mean, if you're a swaddled suburban who can't handle walking past an unhoused person, you might not like it. But it's not unsafe. And the window was surprisingly soundproof when closed. Great coffee shops and food in the area. read more

NO AC! NO REFRIGERATOR! THE FRONT DESK PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED! This property is absolutely disgusting and NOT IN A SAFE NEiGHBORHOOD! Expedia customer service refused to help me when I told them I had been trying to call the property for a week with no success and a disconnected phone number. They said that it was nonrefundable so I had no choice but to stay at this property. The bathrooms are disgusting, there is no air-conditioning, and the heater in one of the rooms would not turn off the entire time. The front desk staff were creepy IF they were even at the desk. Back in December, when our building (in 94102) lost power for roughly 5 days I wound up staying at the Embassy for about three of the five days-- for how reasonably priced it was, I was absolutely thrilled with how quaint, clean, and well-maintained the rooms were. They certainly don't have a lot of the modern amenities, but they have retained the charm of the original hotel by maintaining their old school elevator and the rooms had really interesting bathrooms with tiles, reminiscent of pre-laminate days. I'm not saying it's the nicest hotel I've ever been to, but for the location and the quality. It is an incredible value and I would highly recommend it! Also, there is a front desk staff member whose name escapes me now he is an older gentleman who works the evening shift and he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. read more

I don't recommend if you're wanting a good's night sleep. You can hear everything outside your room. All night there was music blaring, people running up and down the hallway and stairs. The smell of weed was everywhere and coming into the room. read more

No parking fee! Coffee maker! Heater! Hot water! and mini fridge. Embassy Motel, 610 Polk Street, San Francisco There's no parking in front of the motel. You need to call upon arrival to be let into the rear gate for parking. The parking fee here is going to cost you $30 per day even if you stay at the hotel. Very dated but charming place, lots of history pictures on the walls of every floor. Once in our clean room, I found out the heater isn't working and the TV isn't working either . My room didn't have a refrigerator, or a coffee maker which is very important for us. Luckily downstairs is an Espresso shop that opens at 6:30am. The hostess is very friendly and can make you a delicious breakfast bagel with your coffee for a fee. All the floors, hallways, and stairways squeak upon walking on them. The only thing going for this place is the price, but you get what you pay for. Personally never again for us. read more

The room was beyond nasty. Absolutely no amenities. Walls and doors have not been wiped in over 30 years. Layers of paint cover mold, water damage and old fixtures. Shower had missing tiles, disgusting grout and the tile that had been painted over was peeling off in sheets. If I hadn't been checking in at almost midnight I would have left for another hotel. Don't get CATFISHED by website photos. All photos were AI. Checked out the next morning immediately. Had to eat the other days rate as I booked 2 nights. Couldn't stand it another minute. read more

I'll start by saying that I almost never post reviews. Last one was probably years ago. The short version is - AVOID this place! Don't do this to yourself and your family. You deserve to stay in a decent and clean place, and this is the exact opposite. Already left negative review on Expedia, so the short version is: the rooms are all smelly, dirty and awful. It took 4 attempts for us to actually get a room. Meaning the staff at the lobby sent us to 4 different rooms - all were unacceptable, until we capitulated on a smelly and terrible one since it was already late. My brother hated the place and end up taking another hotel the day after. It was a short trip and was easier to just keep that place. The elevator barely works and is downright scary. Some of the rooms we saw were just atrocious. The location is awful - it's NOT Union Square - it's right at the Tenderloin, where all the derelicts hang out. The photos they posted were totally MISLEADING. If you stay there after reading this review and others - it's on you. Don't do this to yourself. This place needs to close down. read more

UPDATE TO MANAGEMENT: You publicly asked me to "contact you directly to work toward a resolution." I have now sent you a SECOND direct email following your reply. Let's see if your customer service is genuine or just public relations. Here is my final public notice to you: If you do not reply to my email and provide the written authorization for my full $370 refund to Agoda by next Wednesday, I will be taking formal legal and regulatory action. I am fully prepared to file official grievances with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) for deceptive business practices and consumer fraud. This is in addition to the ongoing MasterCard Chargeback. Stop hiding behind fake PR replies, check your inbox, and honor the refund your front desk promised. The public is watching how you handle this. If I could give this disgusting establishment zero stars, I would. This isn't a hotel; it's a fraudulent operation run by liars and thieves. Do not risk your health, sanity, or money here. My experience was a living nightmare. I booked a 5-night stay based on their fraudulent listing that explicitly stated the room had Air Conditioning and a Refrigerator. Upon arrival, I found NEITHER. The room was a stifling, suffocating oven. It was unlivable, unbearable, and felt unsafe. The photos online are complete fabrications; the actual place looks like a grungy, abandoned prison cell that hasn't been cleaned in years. I checked out after just 1 hour because I physically could not breathe in the stifling heat. The staff at the front desk are cowards. They looked me in the eye, verbally admitted fault, and promised me a full refund just to get me out the door. However, the moment I left, they turned around and denied the refund to Agoda, refusing to provide written authorization and ignoring all my emails. They stole $370 from a college student and are now hiding like criminals. Do not be fooled by any positive reviews; they must be fake. Staying here will destroy your trip. This place is pure garbage run by immoral scammers. Save yourself from this nightmare and book literally anywhere else. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This place is horrible, do your homework and read the other reviews too. While walking the hallway to your room you will quickly be hit with the smell of mold and mildew. One you arrive to your room you will realize the mistake you made while looking around at an old, outdate room with NO air conditioning. The smell of mold and mildew will intensify once closing the door. Becareful when you open the windows becase there are no screens. The matress looks like something that should have been thrown away 20 years ago. The area is crime ridden with homeless lining the street. It looked like zombies walking the area, garbage, drugs and people peeing in the street. We booked this trip through Expedia and luckily they were able to get us a refund so we could find a new hotel. PLEASE, do your reseach and look at the other reviews, I wish I had before we booked! read more

There was definitely pros and cons about his hotel. Pros: gated parking ($30) for 24hrs I believe. Also very cheap Bathroom was clean Provide shampoo and soap and little deodorant Parking is secure and the guy at the lot was helpful Check out was at 12pm The vintage hotel vibe/design was pretty Cons: We arrived late at night so it was hard to find parking to check in. It's also not the best neighborhood. I suggest parking near the building to the left in loading. They do open the gate to parking once you check in. (Pro I guess) however the gate did close on our car since we had to wait for a car to come out. The gate reopen when it tapped my car. Also we got a maybe two queen room (one bed seemed smaller) but the mattresses were thin and blankets were thin. On blanket had two little burn holes. I did see across the hall a bigger bed with thicker mattress and better bedding so maybe it depends what bed you'd like. However they need to upgrade their bedding. I wish we brought blanket and extra pillow. But not needed bc the room got hot! Surprisingly. The heater turned on and couldn't quite figure out how to turn it down. We opened the window. But the lovely sf life on a week day kept waking us up. I would also suggest a little desk fan. Overall the stay was worth the price. Staff was nice. Was able to get DoorDash to our room. read more

I am very upset and disappointed that I wasted my money and time. I had an urgent situation that caused me to have to book a room rather quickly than I expected. I thought I was booking a room at the Embassy suites at a great discounted rate due to the hotel app that I use. These people won't even give me my money back and they have the audacity after what I had to endure for my one night stay if I had it my way I would have packed my things and went elsewhere, but it was late at night and I had a flight to catch to come back home. The refrigerator was filthy bathroom reeked of mildew carpet dirty none of the outlets worked and you can hear people hooting and hollering down the hall not to mention when it was time for me to leave the next morning. It was a lot of unsafe activities that were going on outside of the hotel now I will say that it's a shame that you'll have somebody working without them having any type of protection to defend themselves I fear that's something may happen however, the way I was treated was not right and I will never stay there ever again. I feel like by them using the name. Embassy is a scam and they knew exactly what they were doing. I have never heard of any other hotel nor motel being named after a well-known hotel brand who has a reputation of having better guest reviews. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! this hotel was absolutely disgusting. on arrival, we noticed that there were lots of homeless people and noticed a sketchy man holding a brick. it was built in the 30's and everything was original, and not in a good way! We booked a 5 night stay and checks out after 3 nights. There was no heat despite multiple requests so was cold the whole time we were in the room. Thank goodness we had heavy clothing ! The bathroom had a hole in the wall with multiple patches. there was no refrigerator, ice bucket or cups! We used a plastic bag to put ice in and rinsed out used coffee cups for water . The vending machines were all broken. There was a $30.00 a day additional parking fee, which we were told was included when we making the booking. The staff was nice despite the language barrier and the bed was comfortable. The on-site coffee shop was exceptional. great coffee and pastries . Avoid the area at night, lots of unsavory night walkers! read more

Front desk gentleman make this a decent hotel. It is older saying you have to expect not the latest technology but you pay for what you get. I came in town just for a weekend to see a music festival but ended up staying for two weeks. Car was broken into day 2 bc was not in back parking lot (my fault) and naturally car was towed bc let me tell ya, SF are ruthless on street cleaning hours and too many homeless to count in the night but not as bad as other streets or blocks. It is clean nearby and housekeepers are delightful. The hotel; ask about how to heat your room and to finagle the shower. WiFi is awful and the smart TVs seem like dumb TVs. Thin walls, but all in all staff is what makes it great. read more

terrible customer service walls are chipping and they are of them. It's a cobweb on the top of the ceiling and I've been getting bit up. I don't know if it's bedbugs or spiders but it's irritating you win around 8 o'clock so you basically gotta for permission to go outside they have a very old dusty heater and they control the heater It's only like three charger plugs up in here and one includes the one behind the TV and the other includes the one in the bathroom in the third when it includes one that's very low to the ground. Very old and creepy elevator I ran out of tissue so I asked them for some and then he gonna say we don't get none until tomorrow. Overall, terrible place. read more

Where do I start!!!??Total scam! We checked in at midnight fir what was originally booked for a 2 nighr stay after making a three hour trip to get to SF. Upon arrival we were strongly and disgusted disappointed. The room smelled awful, musty upon entry like wet clothes sitting in a room for a long time, mixed with moldly stench. Even my own lysol and an open windows did not take the smell away. Found a condom wrapper on the floor next to the recliner. Eww to say the least. Who knows in how long that room had not been cleaned for?? Once morning came we requested a refund spoke to Sam, Operations Manager who became defensive, argumentive, gaslighting upon requesting a refund for our 2nd night. Less than professional for an "operations manager" Followed by statements as to why I did not look at the reviews before making reservations and "what did I expect for $50 a night rooms?" What?!?!?! We paid $80 / night. Maybe he as the "operations manager" needs to check his rooms and reviews and make sure they are habitable and CLEAN!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!! take your business elsewhere. Hotel was great - amazing service from the front desk employees and from the valet employees. It was everything that was listed and I got what I paid for. For reference I paid about $345 for the weekend (about $122/night). I got the hotel room and nothing else really. But it was cheap and affordable for the weekend full of events I was partaking in (outsidelands). It's about 5 miles from golden gate park. SURROUNDING AREA: In the future, I probably wouldn't book a hotel there but because of the surrounding area. It's in the tenderloin district - kinda flooded with homeless people defecating in the streets and there isn't really anything near by (food, grocery, coffee). I had to walk a ways or drive my car through the city to get to somewhere decent. Once again, I had no issue with the hotel. I'd just be willing to spend a bit more money to get more amenities for my personal needs. But it's a great place to stay if you're just looking for a spot to sleep and shower. It's clean, employees are friendly, and it's in a nice distance of the Outsidelands festival. This post should not deter your from staying at the hotel; you should always remember that you get what you pay for, low prices = low additions. read more

Did anyone else book this spot because the outside looks at least decent compared to the other hotels around this area? I did and WOW, this hotel is OLD and not what I expected. Not going to lie, I felt disgusted the first hour I was there. The bathroom is super outdated, there was some sort of stain on the floor, and a nice bug in the shower. I had to wear socks or shoes when I was in the bathroom or stepped on towels. The walls are so thin you could hear EVERYTHING. You can't control the temperature in the room so it got pretty cold. They do have a really old heater but I believe it's controlled by the hotel, it kicks in randomly. Also, what's up with all the furniture? It took up so much space and majority of them were unnecessary. Aside from all that, I guess my stay wasn't "terrible." I stayed there for two nights and checking in & out wasn't an issue, the bed wasn't too bad -clean but uncomfortable pillows. Since I know what to expect, 'maybe' I'll stay here again.. if I really can't find anything else. I never really expected a 5 star experience, 3 if I was lucky but since this location isn't the greatest: 0-3 stars seems average here. read more

to start, my friend and i stayed here for only one night while seeing a concert nearby. both of us are 19 so it's hard to find a hotel that'll let you stay without being 21. i called and asked before we booked and they said it was fine so we went ahead and made our reservation. our first issue was the check in time. it said online it was at 3, but on the booking it lets you request an earlier time. since we had to be there earlier in the day, we picked 12-1. upon arrival, the man at the desk said there is NO early check in. he got a bit frustrated with us because we tried to explain that on the website it let us put an early time but he wouldn't let us in early. so we sat in the car for two hours! :( our second issue was the elevator, which actually looked like if i entered it i would've gotten locked in there. nuhuh no thank you. i'll take the creaky stairs up to the sixth floor thanks. third was the room, it wasn't super clean but the place is cheap so not too upset about that. plus it was just one night. i found the bed surprisingly comfortable. the heater in the room kept making screeching sounds that would wake my friend up. and this might be a generational thing but we had no idea how to work it or to turn it off. for a while we just dealt with it being hot in there but it was better at night. and lastly, the housekeepers. i'm not sure what time check out was since the room was under my friends info, but at 10:15 our door was opened. i was asleep and immediately sat up and my friend jumped out of bed and went and closed the door. there was no one out there and no one knocked or anything. a couple minutes later the door got opened again, no one out there nothing. we decided to just pack our stuff and go check our. and a third time someone opened the door, we looked outside and heard a lady knock on someone else's door and say 'housekeeping' before opening it. she did NOT do this for us!! not sure why, maybe she thought the room was empty. but that is definitely not how i wanted to get woken up. overall, it's not bad for like a one night stay. it's in good distanced of the bill graham venue, and it's cheap. it's not the worst, but you definitely get what you pay for. read more

The walls are so thin and the windows aren't sealed properly; all night I could hear all the homeless people outside. My room wasn't even cleaned when I got there. There was trash from the previous guests. I slept in my clothes in fear that the sheets weren't changed. My tv didn't work and the furniture was falling apart. If I could leave a negative star I would. This place was horrible. The beds are super hard and there are stains on everything. My daughters room had blood on the pillows and the window would not close. There is no way to control the temperature in the rooms and it just made you feel dirty. Then after we left we looked at our account and we were overcharged $300. We had to call and point it out. There were homeless people all over the sidewalks Using drugs. This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The parking structure is ghetto and you have to walk through a dark alley surrounded by homeless people to get inside. The front desk receptionist is extremely rude and had no concern for our safety. The room cost $200 a night for a double "queen bed" when in reality it was a full sized mattress on a queen bed frame. The custodian cart was left in our room, and the pictures will explain just how nasty the room is. Did not spend the night and left for a better hotel. -25/100 stars would not recommend. read more

I should say my reservation was last minute because of a conference selling out the majority of the city. I found Embassy on the Hotels.com site and even with the negative reviews, placed my reservation. Parking - I received free parking and felt my car was safe in the lot. Entry into hotel - from the street - the hotel has a darling art deco era lobby. Old fashioned - European style elevator. All was adequate. Entry into hotel from the parking lot - through the basement - kinda scary. Room was clean - yes I check for bed bugs - nothing. Criticism... The TV doesn't have a remote - SERIOUSLY? I have to get up and walk over to the TV? What is this, 1964? The bathroom, while clean - was a maintenance disaster. The toilet had an enormous crack in it and "water" would create a puddle on the floor. Great when you wake up and saunter into the loo and your foot is soaking wet from the leakage. The bathroom also smelled HORRIBLE - I had to close the door to not stay awake all night wondering what that smell was. More... the front desk people were hit or miss. I met four different people while I was there. The first was not exactly friendly, but adequate. The second - same. The other two were assholes. Example... I walk into the lobby and push the elevator button. After no less then 5 minutes while the elevator was stuck on "4" I said something to the desk clerk.. and he said, "you have to press the button and then wait for it." Seriously? Did they change that? I had no idea I would have to press the button and then WAIT!!? Finally - he sent someone up to the fourth floor to unjam it.. whatever. But, I am tired from a along day at work and don't need your lip - got it? The restaurant next door is supposed to be our continental breakfast location and allegedly served dinner. It is a night club and smells like puke and beer and isn't very conducive to eating. I had to ask someone for a coffee cup and they rolled their eyes at me. I guess I should have brought one from home? All in all - I would not stay here again. It was not quite adequate for my minimalist needs. read more

This a decent hotel to stay, it is definitely not a top notch property but is very centrally located. I stayed here during my recent trip to SFO. The check in process was easy but the guy behind the counter was very slow. I had booked the hotel through Expedia and my booking confirmed that parking is included in the hotel room price. The staff though tried to trick me and said it is $20 for parking but once I showed him my bookking details he didn't charge me for parking. I guess he was trying to make a quick 20 bucks. They have their own private parking lot on the back side of the hotel which was very comfortable and although it is first come and first serve, I was able to get a spot during all 4 days I stayed here. Coming to the hotel it has old vintage/victorian look, the lobby is small but is nice. My room had all the basic amenities, we had TV, iron board etc etc. The rooms are decent size, as I already said they are not fancy but for the price I paid I think I was expecting better rooms. The hotel has an attached bar/dance club Noble. They actually have their continental breakfast inside Noble. The breakfast was decent nothing fancy, they had cereal, bread, juice , coffee etc. Overall a decent place to stay but the rooms could have been more cozier and good looking! read more

5* in context to balance out the haters. This is the best "motel" that i have stayed in throughout the city. I have stayed in some real dumps for $70 near union square and there was no parking. This place is right off of Franklin in between Japantown and City Hall = perfect. Booked online, a smoking room with a queen bed is only $65 ($80 with tax & fees) and there's Free gated underground parking with in&out privileges. If you're a hotel snob then you definitely don't want to stay here because the inside is a little older (though they've renovated some of the outside of the building and put some new paint on). If you don't mind stained carpeting and the smell of smoke then go pay your $100+ for a hotel down the street. if you are a smart city person and plan on only using your room to take a break and sleep off your alcohol then you're golden. Oh, and if you have a laptop you can get free wireless signal thanks to Google's Free The Net service that blankets the city (you might have to sit next to a window though or if you forget your laptop but need to use a computer ask the front desk man - he was super helpful and printed out a map to a restaurant for me). This area is not shady! Give me a break, it's one street away from the good stuff on Van Ness and a few blocks up from "fancy" restaurants. With that said, this is San Francisco; shady people are in all neighborhoods. I think that college kids might be renting out some rooms on the third floor though 'cause I saw an unusual eviction notice on one of the rooms. Be sensible, be safe, and stay at the Oasis Inn - the pictures speak for themselves. ----update--- The Rodeway Inn Civic Center hotel is right next door. Just to use them as a comparison, their rates are $125 and their parking garage is not gated in. Oasis Inn's Sister hotel, The Embassy http://www.yelp.com/biz/embassy-hotel-san-francisco, a few blocks over in the Tenderloin, is $150 + tax a night (at least on Friday night in September it was). I'd say both hotels are pretty comparable, but the Oasis Inn definitely scores the advantage with gated parking and better neighborhood. read more

Where do I start... when we checked into the hotel they couldn't find our name when we called the day before and confirmed it. We used my moms name to my dads name to my name to my baby brothers name who was 7yrs old. And we spent over an hr sitting in the lobby while they reregistered us into the hotel. If u can even call it that. 2. Walking from the elevator to the room which was literally 5 feet fro each other!!! Mold on the ceiling, walls, floor. It look like a abandoned house. 3. The heat in the rooms are ridiculous. 4. The bathrooms. THE BATHROOMS. 5. Check out they did not want us "crowding" the lobby and pushed us out. Who does that??!!!!! 6. Want to be brought back to middle school days in the bathroom? U got ur wish because this is the toilet they looked like they bought out of a middle school bathroom. 7. When I say DO NOT GO I mean it. I went to this hotel with whatever management they had in 2017. Credit card funding came back and invoice and everything we payed that hotel. The hotel charged us and extra night or two. We flew back to NY once they pushed us out. We got in a cab and to the airport. How could we stayed 2 more nights?! HOW?! When I called from when we got the statement to mid almost end of 2018 they kept telling me, "We can't find it" "I don't have the ability to check it." "Systems down" "Manager won't be in till Monday between 9am-12pm" ( SF time) "Oh managers just left right before u called" Guys I even was willing to go to this hotel all the way from NY and sit in their lobby. Till this day no one is trying to resolve anything. read more

This hotel is a complete scam. Do not book through third party sites. They will say they don't have your reservation then make you pay again. Then when you want a refund from third party site they will claim you never showed up. read more
