Very nice + great products. Olivia was awesome. Not only is she kind, but she knows how to handle curly hair and cuts it with precision/style. (Some places charge extra for this piece) Price - completely reasonable. I can't wait to go back in a couple months - she and the salon are just what I was looking for. Check them out!

That's ridiculous in itself. But today when he came home, he was FUMING. He was next in line and all of a sudden it said 57 minutes. So he asked about the wait, and one of the hair stylist was leaving which put him waiting another hour. So the lady came back and cut my dad's hair. And you can tell it was done by someone who was in a hurry and only cared about getting out of there! It looks terrible and he will be back tomorrow to complain! They shouldn't have let him leave like that!

The lady working there was extremely rude when I walked in, she scheduled an appointment with me I showed up an hour early just to make sure I'd be on time. As I sat waiting she cut 2 people's hair who came in after me ??? Then she left the barbershop to pick up a rental car and had me waiting an extra 45 minutes. She finally cut my hair it hurt really bad, this chick sliced my face, hairline, and neck. A huge bump appeared on the back of my head. After this nightmare I was expecting it to be free or at least she would do something. This lady charged me 35$ I'm like???? Does this lady think she's a celeb barber in La? Dude were in Chattanooga in a tiny hut of a barbershop. A men's haircut that expensive is absolutely crazy!!! Honestly Chattanooga is full of pretty whack barbers so don't expect much. I honestly have contemplated a lawsuit on this lady for cutting me up so bad that's gross! Please take it from me and don't hit this spot up!!! I'm not a hater and have never written a yelp review in my life, until now!!! Virtuosos is a joke end of story.
