My original stylist was someone that I trusted with my hair and utilized her for cut, styling, and Brazilian Blowouts. The salon offered a "mini" blowout which was affordable and produced results - just not lasting as long as the "full" option. Once my stylist left, I decided to stay but only to utilize the Brazilian Blowout treatments - I'm really picky about who cuts my hair and don't trust easily in this aspect of my life. After a Brazilian Blowout treatment, my hair didn't look the same. Once I got home from my appointment, I reached out to my stylist on Facebook and was told that the salon ran out of Brazilian Blowout solution and were told to dilute the remaining solution they had to "extend" the life of their product. She told me I could setup another appointment (another 4 hours) to "fix" things. When I went back into the salon to have my treatment "fixed" they asked for me to pay again. I explained that I was told the "fix" would be at no charge and shared what I was told by the stylist. After some back and forth with the front desk staff member and the back office - likely ownership - they agreed to not charge me. In addition, their esthetician (Julie) uses "homemade" solutions with treatments such as waxing so before you have anything touch your face, I would ask to see the product and labels with ingredients. I had my eyebrows done by Julie once - she offered it to me for free - and left with red marks and bumps that remained on my face for a week. As this was my first "waxing" experience, I didn't know that this wasn't normal. With this all said, I would NOT recommend this salon to those seeking an ethical approach to clients and services and would encourage you to support other local businesses/salons after doing in depth research and gathering local feedback.

Her prices are more than fair and we talked in great extent about what I liked and didn't like about my hair, my concerns and even my daily routine before she gave me a few options and showed me pictures of her ideas in addressing what I was asking her to do. I ended up doing something completely new and left feeling like a new woman! My hair is very fine and usually feels damaged for a few weeks after I get it colored but that was not the case this time. I will definitely go back and recommend her to anyone!

I shoe-horned myself into a 4pm appointment on a Thursday. I took an hour and a half off. When I got to the (cute, with terrible parking) salon, she didn't greet me, merely finished the head she was working on. One of the other stylists came over to see if I'd been helped after 15 minutes or so. Brooke finished with her client and came over to say she hadn't *actually* scheduled me, and could I come back next week? Nope. Don't buy that Groupon.
