The place doesn't feel overrun with children, in that the teachers are in charge versus the kids. Plus the class sizes are small, which I always appreciate. There is a common area for the kids to play and be active, which is nice since their outdoor area is a little small. Everything feels soooo new and clean in there. I know I've mentioned this twice, ha. I also like the art they've created all over the space, including a large tree in the community room. They are a new preschool getting their bearings a little, but so far my kiddo seems to be learning and engaged and happy and safe, which are all the things you want when you have to be away for them while you work!

There are times when my son was really just being babysat instead of being enriched in learning. The few that have stayed have been nice, but I've gone in and not known several faces. The teacher student ratio is higher than advertised two years ago too. I have seen more academic things coming home recently. I will say my son seems happy. He has friends and says kind things about his teachers.

This is such an incredible find for our family!…read more My daughter has been attending the Summer camp here and it's amazing. The staff is SOOOO friendly and great with each child. Their schedule for activities is so much fun. Some days they are getting to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool at the facility. Other days they go on a healthy walk along the Caughlin area with all of its beautiful landscaping, ponds to go get frozen yogurt. How cool is that? I'll be honest... Mom wants to stay and hang out too! Oh wait can't forget to mention that is is for the kids that are a tad younger like mine is. The bigger kids get to do the Adventure camp. They load up every morning and get to explore the great fun we can find in our area! The loft where the kids get to hang out when not doing outdoor activities is great. A nice reading area that can be lounged in while looking out the window. Various activity areas where they can enjoy sensory & art. Everything is tidy and clean. Which if you are like me that will be one of the first things I look for. You can't expect perfection in a room that's filled with children tearing it up but when you can see how much they keep up on everything THAT is a huge appeal. Hidden gem I wish I would have known about last Summer. Will 1000% be making sure to get my child back in for next Summer!

I can't say enough about how amazing this daycare has been and they are truly part of our family that we will forever be grateful for. Not only is the center clean, well staffed, and great at communications/updates, but they truly care about the children and it shows each day. Our children were LOVED, not just looked after. Im so sad to be moving on now that our kids are older and I'll miss the extra touches the staff made to make every season and holiday special. The valentines tea parties, the holiday caroling, the DECKED out halls for all occasions, bagels for dads on Father's Day, muffins for mom, etc. Being able to partner with BK over these years has been so special and I would encourage anyone to send their littles to there. It's worthwhile and we're so fortunate to have been with them while raising these tiny humans.

**1 star** In early…read more2026, my young son's teacher in the Wallabies classroom, Kyra, had him put on gloves and pull toilet paper out of a clogged toilet. My son told me the toilet had feces in it. I filed a complaint with the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (Complaint #13397). The state **substantiated a safety hazard violation**, and the center was required to submit a Plan of Correction. The center now says children will not be asked to help with toilets again. That should never have needed a state investigation. The center called it a "teaching moment." I don't accept that. No preschooler should be asked to reach into a toilet, gloves or not. That would not be tolerated in a public school, and it should not be tolerated here. When we met with Kyra, she told us she had done this with other children too and that my son was not singled out. During the state investigation, staff told the investigator it was the first time and that my son was the only child. Those two stories cannot both be true. Either my son was singled out, or other children were put through this as well. Neither is acceptable. The owner, Jenni, told the state investigator that Kyra is not related to her. Kyra is the sibling of Jenni's daughter-in-law. When I raised my concerns and asked that Kyra be removed from my son's classroom, the center refused and kept her in place with "additional training." I don't believe my complaint was handled fairly because of that family connection. Parents, ask hard questions before enrolling. The investigation summary is public record through DPBH.

Both of my boys loved attending and would come home excited to share what they had learned or done each day. I have referred friends and family to them, and everyone has had wonderful experiences to share. I am very thankful that we found a daycare that became an extended part of our family. It is bittersweet that our time with them has come to an end. -Cristina S.
