I was very impressed with Justin's engineering background, experience, passion, and reputation. A few days later, we found some desirable homesites being sold quickly. During the homebuilding process, at each important meeting, from design selections to home inspection, Justin was very responsible and provided us with valuable advice and suggestions. From his remarkably fast speed to secure our homesite to his attention to details, he has done a truly outstanding job. We strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house.

Ryan helped me find and buy an amazing house, sight unseen, from across the country (my first…read morehouse!). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately skeptical as we were picking houses to bid on. He knew how to structure offers that were reasonable but strong, given our situation. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. I'd absolutely work with Ryan again, but it went so well I have no reason to for quite some time.

Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend hiring him to be your real estate agent. When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

The process expertise she shared with us helped us understand the market and realize we needed to "buckle down" and get better prepared. Instead of pressuring us or leading us down a road that would not have worked for us after the sale, Diana thanked us for our time and reached out on occasion to see how we we were doing. In June this year we felt better prepared to pursue home ownership and reached out to Diana. She gladly agreed to be our buyer's agent though our budget was small by market standards. We toured several homes and Diana was always diligent and quick in getting us information to help in our pursuit. After being outbid on a couple of properties we found "the one", newly listed and meeting all our criteria. Diana kicked it up a notch and worked tirelessly through the night to rearrange her schedule to obtain a viewing on this property. We saw it the next day and immediately put in a purchase offer following her recommendations on earnest money and due diligence. Our offer was accepted and she guided us through the sale process step by step, offering recommendations for mortgage services, home inspection and insurance which proved to be spot on for our needs. What a wonderful ensemble she put together for us that made the homebuying experience stress free and timely! Diana guided us through the negotiation process after the inspection to pinpoint the critical concerns for repair which the seller agreed to fix. Today we closed on our property and will be moving in tomorrow. If you're looking an agent that will be honest, thorough, responsive and always engaged in representing you, look no further than Diana Chan-Warren. Sincerely, Leo Shaw

Her warm and welcoming personality really made us feel comfortable. We reached out to Christy while planning a trip to NC and coordinated multiple days of showings. By the end of the week, we had found the perfect home for our family, put in an offer, and negotiated with the sellers' agent to get exactly what we wanted. In fact, we signed the deal on the plane ride home! The closing of our new home and our move coincided with the beginning of the quarantine, so it presented many complications. Thanks to Christy and Lezlie, it all worked out perfectly. Christy was able to help us adapt as we were forced to close long distance, and did the walk-through for us via Facetime. She even got multiple quotes for us to handle minor repairs, coordinated handyman and cleaning services while we were unable to be in the area, and periodically checked on the house until we got there. To top it all off, she was regularly checking in on us personally to make sure everything was going well throughout. We HIGHLY recommend Christy! And we absolutely love our new home here in Cary, NC!

As you know there are so many moving parts and challenges to getting a house ready to be put on the market. Christy was there for me every step of the way helping provide guidance and resources to ensure my house was in the best possible condition to sell during these hard times. My house closed March 25th, 2020 and as we are aware these are not the best times to try and sell a home. With that said her and her team were able to guide me in a way that allowed me to get full asking price within 21 days of being on the market. I am truly grateful. And if getting a house ready to be put on the market isn't hard enough closing the deal during these times is significantly harder. I was so impressed with her ability to negotiate the deal and ensure that I was able to get full asking price post due diligence period. After the inspection was completed she was able to work through each item with the buyers and maintain that the asking price was in line with the condition of the home. In addition to negotiations she provided significant guidance and support for me when closing the loop with builders, manufactures, and insurance companies to ensure the few things that needed to get done were completed allowing us to close on time. Christy's experience in this market coupled with her professionalism eased what is normally a long stressful process. Her effort and results made it an easy decision to use her and KW Lagacy to also purchase the home i am currently living as well. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about how she approaches her job and what she brings to this process. You cannot hire a better realtor for this market!!!

I also viewed that house the same day/time as the buyer who ended up with the house. My Realtor tried to contact Mr Wilson by phone to let him know she was bringing an offer but he wouldn't return her calls. My offer to purchase that house was almost IDENTICAL to the one the Seller accepted with one big difference...my offer was substantially higher than the offer Mr Wilson presented. The Seller NEVER new about our BETTER offer since Mr Wilson chose in his zeal to make the quick sale NEVER bothered to call our Realtor back. Oh he finally contacted her the next day to let her know it was already pending and gave his lame excuses as to why he didn't return her call. I get it. The housing market is hot. Most houses sell quickly and offers can be plentiful. In this case I wasn't even get the opportunity submit my offer the same day. It is my opinion that Mr Wilson DID NOT represent his Sellers best interests because he didn't bother to see if the other offer was better...which it was...by $20+k. I would never list a property with a person or company who apparently lacks the integrity to do his best for the clients he's supposed to be representing. I'm sure the Sellers would not be happy if they knew all the details.
