She promised several times I would receive calls confirming when her photographer would arrive as well as a call prior to the photographer going to our house so we could review some specific shots we wanted. Neither happened and because of this we didn't receive certain shots we needed. The photos didn't come when promised and overall she just became even more rude each time we spoke. If she's used to only dealing with agents, perhaps that's why - but she shouldn't have accepted the job to take photos of my vacation rental.
