John, the owner, came and looked at the patio and promised he would get back to me after conferring with one of his employees as to the proper method to correct this. He told me it would be done in the Fall. The Fall came and went. When I called, they apologized for the lack of communication and assured me that it would be done in the Spring. We are now approaching August, and they totally ignored the two emails that I sent asking when I could expect these corrections to be resolved. Never again!

Absolute failure in both workmanship and integrity. My new driveway heaved 3/4" during the first…read morefreeze because the contractor skipped essential excavation and drainage stone. Now, the asphalt will literally come apart every time I pull out of my garage in the winter, and my concrete apron is now cracked. This cycle will repeat every year until the area is properly fixed: which requires cutting, excavating, and replacing the soil with a deep, compressed crushed stone base. When confronted, the company resorted to 'double speak,' offering a 'free sealcoat' as a solution. Sealcoating is a cosmetic finish; it cannot fix a failed foundation or stop structural heaving. They are essentially trying to paint over a crumbling building. This company ignores professional paving standards and offers useless 'freebies' to avoid fixing their structural mistakes. Do not trust them with your property.

Disappointed with Service and Response from Montgomery County Sealcoating…read more In May 2025, we hired Montgomery County Sealcoating to seal our driveway using a spray method. After the job, we found black tar splatters all over the bottom panels of both of our white garage doors. We contacted the owner, who recommended using Dawn dish soap and water, which didn't help. He later returned and appeared to apply something else -- afterward, we found a yellowish chemical residue and green streaks on the doors. Our garage door finish was visibly damaged, and the manufacturer later confirmed our lifetime paint warranty was voided due to improper chemical use. We got professional quotes for repainting but the company refused to consider them. Unfortunately, communication throughout the process was inconsistent and unprofessional. While we tried to work toward a resolution, the owner became defensive and eventually cut off communication altogether. He did not respond to follow-up requests from the Better Business Bureau or PA Attorney General's office. We're now left with a costly repair. Sharing this to help other homeowners be informed during peak driveway sealing season.

He was sincere, honest, and professional. We had other estimates lined up, but there was no comparison. We not only didn't experience the same professionalism, Montco was thousands less. It should also be mentioned that the fence quality is much better too. Some of the others we had quoted looked flimsy and cheap. MontCo's installers were amazing! They discussed the boundaries with me. They made adjustments to the timeline because my landscaper was also working onsite. My landscaper said he wished he could hire them. They made sure every post was level, were making adjustments to make sure it was right. Then wiped down the fence by hand when they were done--as if that wasnt enough, then they blow dried my grass where it was walked on. They definitely didn't have to do that--but their concern for my property meant a lot. They did an excellent job! So thankful--and will highly recommend. 10/10 recommend
