Straight trash!!!!! Bought a drive shaft for my Camaro and they sent the wrong size screws. The 2 pieces that connect to the transmission needs to be 40cm and they sent 30cm screws. On May 29, 2025 I bought a Drive Shaft shop Drive Shaft from Fast Hemi's. A few days later a Chrysler Dodge dealership installed the driveshaft. I am a handicap person, disabled. I use the vehicle to go to, the Drive Shaft didn't even last 3000 miles. Nobody returns phone calls, nobody returns emails. I mean both Fast Hemi and the Drive Shaft . You're better off burning your money or sticking in a hole because you'll get no satisfaction buying from this company because they don't bother returning calls nor do they honor their warranty. read more

My 1 piece aluminum driveshaft for my charger hellcat didn't come with the end cap at the diff end sealed properly leading to all the grease in the cv blowing out after less then 1000 miles. I've sent 2 emails made multiple phone calls with no response. If you want to buy a shit part made by a company that doesn't care about its customers then DSS is for you otherwise shop elsewhere! read more

Drivr shaft shop is the Worst company I have ever worked with. We are a custom build shop and do a lot of high-end vehicles so I work with a lot of vendors and I can honestly say I have had one of the worst experiences with this company. I bought a drive shaft for my 07 srt8 superbee so I can run a hellcat rear-end. I received the hellcat rear-end and the drive shaft installed both and I had a horrific vibration at 80mph so I called drive shaft shop and explained my situation and the gave me some measurements and troubleshooting steps to try none of them worked so I called them back and they said that they balance their drive shafts at high speeds so he doubts that it's the driveshaft so I changed out the entire rear-end and issue still occurred so I called back the drive shaft shop and they told me to fill out rma information to ship the driveline back to test out the gentleman explained I had to pay for shipping and it can take up to 4 weeks well this is my daily driver I don't have another vehicle. He said sorry there was nothing he can do so I filled out a rma never got a response waited 2 weeks and still no reply so I filled out another rma and in the mean time I have been driving the vehicle and the vibration is getting much better so I got underneath the vehicle and all the grease has flung out of the driveline all over everything in my rear-end. So I am assuming they put to much grease in it and the grease went to one side causing a vibration because the more grease that comes out of it the faster I can go and have less vibration. So I called back a month later after last rma was sent in I still have not got a response. When I called in I asked for a supervisor I left the supervisor 2 different voice-mails asking very politely to please give me a call and no one ever called me back so called in today and they said they will look for my rma and get back to me its been almost 4 months since I first called them and they literally want nothing to do with me or to help me! Please be careful dealing with this company. I am going to post my experience on all my car groups to warn people of this company. I don't want anyone else to have this experience. read more

Their business is a total loss and is in bad turmoil. I would never recommend anyone in finding employment here. Over 3 months still didn't get my axles. Don't believe when they said 2 week. stay away from this company!

I hate this shop. I ordered axles on May 3. The first information I had about my order was that it would ship in 1-2 days. The next day someone from the shop called to tell me that they had to build the axles so it would be about a week before they shipped. That same day, May 4, I got an email that said 10-15 business days. So I waited and called around May 20 and the guy told me that the order was closed and that was good news although he could not give me an estimated ship date. I waited again and called today, June 1, and the guy who answered told me that they never tell someone that something will ship in a week (indirectly calling me a liar about my first call) and that they were still waiting on parts. Here's the thing: when I ordered the axles from the website, it told me they were in stock. Now a month later and they're waiting on parts? Why couldn't I get a call to ask if I was willing to wait more than a month for my axles? Why couldn't I get a call giving me a heads up that I couldn't get my axles in 2015? Why did the guy have to call me a liar when I told him about the first call? Now, a month has gone by and I still don't have axles. I could've had a guy rebuild my old ones or ordered them straight from Subaru and it would've taken one week. The only reason I went with the DriveSHAFT Shop was because their turnaround time was better. I wanted to have my car ready in a couple of days for a trip. I told that to the guy that called me May 4 and he assured me that my axles would ship in a week. Today they told me that they would give me a refund. Unbelievable. Called, ordered, was told my axles would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Four weeks later, call back, check in, told they're on the way, be patient. Five weeks, call, check in, told I'll get a call back. Days go by. I call back again, finally get a guy who tells me the parts are NLA from their vendors, and they can't build my axles after all. Frank and DSS are the bomb. They totally exceeded my expectations... DSS shipped a complete drivetrain over a week early..... 1400 hp CF optional DS and complete axles hubs, etc kit.......... Installation will be complete by weekend and will be getting that gentile breakin and then we are going to set the new SS records.. I will post those results soon.....
