The treatments work quickly and effectively and I could not be happier with the results so far!! But I have to specifically call out Jasmine Aubrey at this location because this angel saved me from a mental breakdown the other day!! I had lapsed on my 6-8 week period between appointments and was absolutely freaking out about it and she went so far above to find me some appointments at another location!! She literally saved me from absolutely losing it!! She is one of the nicest people and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that's something I think the world needs more of. 10/10 service here - if you're thinking about laser hair removal or facial treatments/botox/cool sculpting etc, go with this place. It is the BEST!! Thank you LaserAway! I can't wait to be done with my treatments and glide through life like a slick little hairless porpoise

LaserAway Arcadia taught me something I wish I had learned sooner. A clinic can look sleek, sound…read moreconfident, and still offer shockingly little beneath the surface. Clear & Brilliant: My experience began with six Clear & Brilliant sessions. During the initial video consult, I was given bold, unwavering promises about reducing a raised scar on my face. The certainty was impressive, almost theatrical. Six sessions and $1,800 later, the scar looks more noticeable than before. When I brought this up, the story shifted instantly. Suddenly, Michdlle told mr something completely different, as if the original promises had never been spoken. A dermatologist later confirmed what LaserAway never mentioned: some chains simply don't have the equipment to treat certain scars, but they'll still sell you the package anyway. That realization was the first crack in the façade. Filler: Then came the filler. I received cheek filler in October 2025. A few months later, I developed a soft, fluid‑like pocket in the exact area where the filler was injected. When I called, I wasn't met with concern. I was met with contradiction, deflection, and a tone that suggested my questions were an inconvenience. At my follow‑up appointment, the clinical trainer took photos and briefly "consulted her team." Within minutes, she returned with a conclusion that felt pre‑written long before I walked in: not filler‑related. No explanation. No curiosity. No genuine attempt to understand what was happening. Just a quick dismissal and a recommendation to see my primary care provider. The entire interaction felt like watching a performance where the lines were memorized, the expressions rehearsed, and the outcome predetermined. It was impossible to ignore the disconnect between the polished image they project and the lack of accountability behind it. I explained that I had never experienced anything like this before and that the swelling appeared exactly where the filler was placed. My concerns were brushed aside with the kind of practiced detachment that only comes from repeating the same script to too many dissatisfied customers. LaserAway Arcadia offered me contradictions, dismissals, and a complete absence of responsibility. I walked in expecting expertise. I walked out realizing I had been treated like a transaction, not a patient. If you're considering this location, let my experience be the warning I never received. Some places shine brightly on the surface, but the moment you need honesty or support, the lights go out. Stay away!

I had cancer removed from the upper midline of my back. After surgery, the resulting wound was…read moredeep, it was over 3 inches long, & required 16 stiches. Bc of its location and size, every move I would make with my arms would tug at the wound, something the Dr. said would happen. Her advice was to use OTC pain medicines. Long/short: life was horrible for the 7-8 days after surgery, especially while trying to sleep, dealing with a constant pain level of 7, with it frequently spiking to a level 10. An infection soon followed. My point, this simply wasn't the kind of pain that Advil and Tylenol were going to be able to control. The next day, I requested pain medicine from the Dr., and was denied & told that I should go to my Primary Care Physician (PCP), Urgent Care, or hospital emergency room for relief. After another afternoon of pain, I did just that. I felt as if I was in a constant state of "fight or flight." The constant pain, led to fear, knowing that I cannot reduce it, which led to strain and more stress. My PCP looked at the wound during my examination with him and said, "Of course you're in pain." He asked me why the dermatologist didn't prescribe pain medicine for this. I didn't have an answer for him. The front desk staff seemed as though they were going through a transition with personnel while I was there, and there's always a learning curve with that, one that holds true for any business. So I cannot hold that against them. But the 1 hour wait times, from the time of my appnts, stretched what was allowable in a day filled with work & other errands. I recall that it took many weeks (2.5 - 3) to hear back from a lab after the biopsy re: the cancer. In sum, I liked Dr. Holy, she was nice, knowledgeable and thorough, in an old-school way. She and her team caught a cancer that could have eventually killed me, and successfully removed it. Her team reversed an infection that occurred at the surgery site. So I am thankful for that, very thankful. But I simply cannot recommend her if you are to have a surgical procedure done with her. The Hippo oath says some things about doing no harm, and providing the best and most appropriate care of a patient.....I simply didn't feel that that was accomplished here. All I recall is the pain after the surgery.

She's helped me with everything from routine skin checks to random skin surprises, and her bedside manner is top-tier. Seriously, if you've ever had to strip down in front of a near stranger, you know it can be awkward - Kimberly makes it feel like no big deal. She gives super practical skin care advice, nails her diagnoses every time, and manages to make dermatology way less intimidating than it should be. Shoutout to the rest of the SkinScience staff too! All the ladies are super friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Unless my skin suddenly develops self-healing superpowers (unlikely at the rate I'm going), this team is stuck with me for the foreseeable future!

The facilities are beautiful, the people here are so lovely, and you can tell that they really take pride in providing you with top care. On my last visit, I had something in particular I wanted looked at, and the team got me worked in quickly so I could be seen, which was incredible. When I got into the exam room, the NP took even more time to look at my concerns and spoke to me at length about what I was seeing. I left feeling relieved, confident and grateful for the entire SkinScience team. If you have any dermatological needs, I highly recommend scheduling with SkinScience!
