DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX!!!! WORSE MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE!!! It's definitely…read moregiving section 8! Trash stays at the entrance. Okay so I'm in building 4. I should have never moved from my house to this complex! The luxury advertising tricked me! Please don't be fooled! The noise upstairs is unbearable! Office does absolutely nothing. Forget the fact that I haven't had a good night's rest for months due to the upstairs neighbors!! The office says suck it up! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 a.m. constant noise. Do they ever sleep? A younger maintenance guy came and set in my Apt. & was also appalled at the noise. Still no results from management or corporate! The corporate office aka Samantha should be non existent, she does absolutely NOTHING!!! ISSUE 2... One of the criteria of moving in, is one has to have renters insurance. I've had it since day one and have uploaded it. It was approved then disapproved. Talked to lady in office to tell her my rent was more than it should have been due to added cost of Four Seasons adding on a charge for no insurance. She told me no worries. I told her I could provide proof, because I had paid the total yr. off. She said just pay your regular rent. I'll take care of it. Only to find the next month same issue. I asked were they going to still take the $70 off that she told me not to worry about another lady in the office tells me no, your responsible for the additional charges. I'm furious....the money means nothing, it's the principle. If she told me she'd take care of it why didn't she? February 2024 same issue. This time I call my insurance put every one on threeway to straighten out the matter. Long story long....I've offered to bring my declaration page as well to the front office. They said it was good enough being my State Farm agent was on the threeway. The front office talks to my insurance company to assure everything was corrected..... Front office calls me and says it's taken care, only to find out this month March 1, 2024 I'm overcharged again, therfore it wasn't taken care of. At this point this is 3 months straight. I call Corporate, Samantha from the regional office. She tells me that the interest wasn't put on my insurance papers submitted. Which the month prior it was, because I submitted it myself. So that I'm responsible for the payment of having no insurance. I'm pissed because I have insurance. Why would the lady in the office have my State farm rep fax over paperwork, assure me & my State Farm Representative everything was good to go??? If it lacked an interest, she was on the phone with the state farm agent & could have easily told her, maam the interest is missing. Now once again charged a late fee once again amongst other charges? So again, I'm charged Four Seasons insurance although I've paid my own renter's insurance up for a whole year. Does it ever end? I told the lady from corporate that I was going to leave a review. She said go ahead. People that conduct business to beat people out of money never have any good luck! GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY!!! FOUR SEASONS & THERE STAFF ARE BOTH UGLY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This experience has been unbearable. I want out of my lease. The extra charges AND the noiseful pestilence upstairs. It's one thing for a neighbor to live above me and to make normal noise. It's another for a neighbor to steal my peace. The stomping all night long is both unbelievable & unbearable. It's a NIGHTMARE when you work hard as I do daily, & can't come home and get any relief or peace, on top of that be overcharged for insurance that you have paid in full!! I had more to say about other issues , but have exceeded my limit! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You'll be very disappointed! Luxury my A**!

Same as the rest of the the comments this place is HORRIBLE…read more.. The Elevators NEVER work , the parking lot is FULL of TRASH . I have come across everything from broken glass to a crack pipe.. Nobody cleans up after them self , kids run around unsupervised even ride their bikes in the hallways ... Hard pass , NEVER AGAIN

I currently live here. When we had our last cold front, (Dec of 2022) the heat was turn down low…read moreenough as to not freeze the pipes. Management did not communicate to us that this was going to happen. Many of us were not prepared for this. There is bug infestation as well. I told the front office. They had an exterminator come in. I was at work when they came by. (Feb 1) That friday (Feb 3) My apartment was burglarized. They stole my tools, Xbox, a suitcase, and loose change. Made a police report. That following monday (Feb 6) My apartment was burglarized again. They were in apartment around 10 am. (Got a text message from my internet provider.) Made sure my door was locked. (I was at work) I found hand prints by the window and a painted stick (see picture). Made a police report again. I had my lock changed monday. Management did not communicate that there was a burglary that happened. None of my neighbors are aware what happened to me. Not accusing management just stating my experience as of current. UPDATE: This is an update. It has been over a month since I was burglarized. Management has not reached out to me. All they did was tell me I had the wrong address on the insurance. They didn't speak to me. Just left a letter on my door. I was going through my stuff I found "Universal Mail box Lock". The same type of lock that is used in our mail room. (See picture below.) I was speaking to one of my neighbors the other day, She mention that there was some one at her door trying to get in. When she heard that she asked who was there. The person had left with out saying anything. There is no cameras facing any apartment doors. Two weeks ago, the building was surrounded by police officers with guns drawn. Management never told us why they were here. I feel unsafe living here. I am nervous all the time that someone is going to come in to my place again. Management does not care about our safety. My opinion would NOT MOVE HERE!

They were undercharging us by almost $1000, I noticed right away and told them to. fix it. It took a month for Tami to get back to me, she was extremely rude to me (when this was not our fault at all, I was doing THEM a favor by flagging this) and we had to resign a new lease. So they essentially broke the lease we initially signed with them. There was a point where the garbage thing was broken for weeks and the street was lined with dozens and dozens of garbage bags. It was disgusting and unsanitary. They do a terrible job of clearing the roads in the winter, its not safe. They are scamming you with the water bill. Other reviews reference this too. They charge an insane amount for water per month and claim it's the company they use. But we still have no answers as to why its so high. I have tried to reach out to the Solomon Group, who owns the property, countless times and am ignored. My review for them is next! I wish I could have handled this privately with them but I have been completely ignored....so here I am. The maintenance guys are amazing, that is the only plus.

Every one of them is really focused on addressing issues quickly and correctly. They are so polite and courteous to residents, and of course knowledgeable on their tasks. Just a great bunch who feel like old friends to me. Also, I need to add that Solomon just came in a little more than a year ago so be wary about the old reviews. Frankly, they're not relevant. Solomon is raising the bar here at Easthaven. Many improvements taking place and in the works. Again, give them a try!
