I told them I had two scheduled and took off work. They told me there was no way they could ever have someone here at 9:30 so I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but apparently they can't fix a simple leak and they have no idea how to schedule an appointment. Awful, awful, awful stay far away. And besides that, the price was absolutely ridiculous to come move a drain and a water line.

A week after completion they called and left a voicemail advising me to take my washing machine off the septic system and to follow up. I call back and left a voicemail and they have yet to call me back over two weeks later. I had several friends recommend their services, but they will not be back to my house. They may be cheaper than other places, but you get what you pay for.

I…read moregot a faucet, dishwasher, pipe under the sink, and new piping under the house, an industrial sink, and new hot/cold piping leading to that sink as well as drainage from there. My house is very old, and I believe, flipped before I got it, so there were many missing things that needed to be fixed before they started their job. It's been only two weeks. As of right now, everything was done well and it looks great. There is a one year warranty, but I don't know how will they will honor it because there hasn't been enough time to find out because nothing has had a chance to break. Everything looks and runs great. I'm very happy with the finished job, and the people were nice. I had their plumbers come, and later their electricians. I did have to pay extra for hooking up the electric part to the disposal (the disposal wire did not reach the new disposal, which is now in the center of the sink... the last one was to the left. Because of that the wire was short). They did include the price of that beforehand but it was not to their knowledge this was an issue at the time. They added a plug receptacle under the sink and a plug from the disposal leading to it. In other words, even though there was an extra charge, the kitchen was in much better shape when they left. They even gave me a discount due to the unforeseen problems, which I appreciate. There were unforeseen things that popped up as the job was done due to the house being so old. I'm not sure what some people are complaining about in the other reviews. Most of them didn't even have any work done. As for me, as of right now, I am happy with their job. Of course, it's only been a short time. If something goes wrong in the next year, and they do not abide by their warranty, I will make a re-post. But as of now, I am very happy!

The HVAC techs have been great. Customer service not so much. We canceled our membership and went with a smaller company that cares about their customers. If you need a repair or installation of some kind, this gets you some results and communication with companies quickly. I bought a house in Rural Hall (north of Winston Salem) and it is not connected to city sewer and instead uses septic. Well since I was not made aware when the last time the septic tank was serviced and the average life is 3-5 years I thought it would be a good idea to get this done. I put in the request into the Project bidding and Yelp gave me four companies. Mountain View Septic came back with a response in less than five minutes and then another company in about ten minutes but wanted to talk about the job on the phone. After calling the other company and not hearing back from the other two I agreed to Mountain View's cost for the service. Christian gave me a good cost and had a 10% off on Yelp for first-time customers. We set up a time and I had to delay it due to a meeting I had scheduled. Christian was very flexible on the delay and showed up on time. After talking about the job for a few minutes Christian went about locating the septic tank and then once found, uncovered it and opened it up. According to Christian, the tanks were about 3/4 of the way full so I thought the timing of this service was great. I can imagine a nightmare of waking up in the middle of the night to backed-up toilets. The service was relatively quick and Christian was extremely informative about the septic tank and how it performs. I had no idea that much was involved in the process but he certainly did and it was good information to know about. If you need septic services I would highly recommend Mountain View Septic, although relatively new in the business, Christian was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible on the schedule, and reasonable on the costs.
