I absolutely loved every second of exploring through Downtown Clermont. The cobblestone driveways to the original buildings; the scenery was picturesque and quaint. I met the owner of the building and she was so sweet. We ended up talking and she told me the historical facts about Clermont- which me being a history fanatic loved! She told me the city is known as the "meet me in the middle" city- I had no idea. So the Downtown Exchange is a cute, trendy little location that has cute shops to purchase and taste from locals in Clermont! If your looking to explore this stop is a Must Do!!

Thank u Tina F. For showing us around downtown Clermont! It is a super cute town. I simply loved The Downtown Exchange. It's a sweet great definition of Shop Local. They have 14 vendors in The Downtown Exchange. I gravitated towards Teamont Boba, The Sweet Cups cheesecake, and the Orchids and plants vendor the most. It's a nice comfy lay out and it's not too busy. There are snack options but not whole meal options but if you must stop for a snack definitely get a boba and a cheesecake. They have a few tables outside if you want to hang out with friends and your goodies that you purchased. Definitely check this out and the Montrose Street Market.

Run down, unkept, spider wells everywhere including the ceilings and front door. Always empty companies don't last in this location.

Filthy. Especially if you're serving food here. 1 Bathroom on-site it was so dirty and had no toilet paper either.

First and foremost dont get confused by the name Galleria because this place has many business to…read moreshop from, eat and sweet treats. So there is something for everyone as there are already at least 12 small businesses open. The Galleria has been open since May and I went at first for Cosa Nostra; since they were one of the first businesses to open there. I love Cosa Nostras Sandwhiches and Flat Breads. Nerys Jewelry Box was also one of the first business and she sells beautiful jewelry for almost any occasion. - 4 Oak Lane Appareal that sells adult clothing all the way to plus sizes. - Clermont Wine Exchange with a large selection of wine. - Cowtown Company is a baby boutique that sells the cutest for your little one as well as some things for mommy. - Homegrown sells American products perfect for Patriotic shirts and more. - Miss Bittersweet is perfect for one with a sweet tooth, she is a bakery with many different sweets. - My Anime Corner is perfect for those that love anime. - Jubilee Instruments has unique musical accessories and on weekends as well as event nights you can usually hear them jamming out. - There is a Ritters stand for ice cream. - LeMont has great coffee for those coffee lovers. - Tsuri Sushi stand is set up but has not opened yet as well as about 5 other businesses and there will be a bar that has not not opened yet either. I highly encourage you to visit the Galleria at Soma on your next visit to Downtown Clermont because there are great small business. If your one like me to shop local and support small businesses this is the perfect place.

Nice new Costco. They have some cool stuff that other Costco's don't have. Great experience…read more Efficient service.

My college Bestie bought me a Costco membership for my birthday last year. I told her thanks but…read morereminded her that Costco was a solid 45 minutes from my house and that I already had a Sam's Club card and a BJ's card. She told me just try it out for the year because I think you'll love it and then if you don't, you can cancel it. Well, what can I say when you're right you're right. I love Costco! So I drive 45 minutes past a BJ's and a Sam's Club to go to Costco because I think their stuff is so much better. I absolutely love the Kirkland brand products. The selection of clothes they have is excellent. I got the best deal on my kids pants and shorts for his school uniform at the beginning of the school year. I have found some real deals on skin care. I saved so much money on the snacks that I put in my kids lunchbox here. They seriously have everything. The only complaint I'll make is that we need more Costco's because I do drive 45 minutes to this one and the millennial location is 45 minutes in the other direction for me. So if the powers that be. could put Costco in Davenport or Haines city that would be awesome. This one is pretty busy and I have yet to get the infamous hot dog because the line is always so long.
