So I drive 45 minutes past a BJ's and a Sam's Club to go to Costco because I think their stuff is so much better. I absolutely love the Kirkland brand products. The selection of clothes they have is excellent. I got the best deal on my kids pants and shorts for his school uniform at the beginning of the school year. I have found some real deals on skin care. I saved so much money on the snacks that I put in my kids lunchbox here. They seriously have everything. The only complaint I'll make is that we need more Costco's because I do drive 45 minutes to this one and the millennial location is 45 minutes in the other direction for me. So if the powers that be. could put Costco in Davenport or Haines city that would be awesome. This one is pretty busy and I have yet to get the infamous hot dog because the line is always so long.

She even went above and beyond to look for a certain fragrance size even though her coworker said she already stocked up and she ended up finding it! Excellent customer service! They proceeded to look at him as if they had never heard anybody speak to them and then looked at me and told him oh well somebody will be with you soon. I utilize their pick up service, when I arrive I pick up after my flight and I've also been inside the store and I've also called into the store before. So my review is going to touch base on inside the store, pick up and calling in. The few times I've come here the parking lot is pure chaos, it's always packed in here and you can't find an employee at all in this store. It's pretty clean, very well stocked but you can't get help that's for sure and you aren't acknowledged at all. I've called in before to check on my pick up order (sometimes my flight is delayed and I miss my pick up window). I had to call 4 separate times once ,before someone picked up and even then she didn't have answers she kept asking the person next to her every question I had instead of just transferring me over or handing over the phone, she didn't seem to pleasant with her attitude. But everytime I actually do pick up, the employees who bring my stuff out are kind and fast and they are the only reason this place is getting the stars it does. They are exceptional and aren't like robots and they don't act like they hate their jobs. Overall- I have to use this Walmart because it's the only one nearby. But I always just do pick up now instead of going in, it's just pure anxiety in there.

The first drop, most Targets were a free for all, but this was a pleasant experience. So cudos to the management staff here for having their act together. I lined up at 5:30am and more people showed up from 6:30 until they opened. We had about 15 once they opened. The manager came out before they opened to make sure they knew why we were there, and let us know they had enough for everyone currently in line. Once they opened, they had us walk, in order, to a specific check out to purchase our lightsticks. I really appreciate that they handled it so professionally and held to the 1 per person. I would deficiently go to this Target again.

I always find myself very pleased with the service I receive and after getting my Starbucks, I always like to take a stroller around the store as typically when you're there between 10 and 11 o'clock in the morning there really isn't anyone else in the store and things are pretty freshly restocked. I always find stuff in stock that I usually can't find at the Winter Garden location.
