I waited an additional 30 minutes before receiving a vague update regarding the status of my procedure, with no estimated time of completion provided. Positive aspects include a very clean environment, courteous and knowledgeable staff, and a painless procedure. The report was provided immediately after the procedure, which was appreciated. However, I would strongly recommend improvements in maintaining patient confidentiality. Personal information was inquired about while in the hallway, and the curtains did not sufficiently conceal sensitive information being discussed. Additionally, preliminary findings were communicated to me by a nurse without privacy, which is concerning given the sensitive nature of the information involved. It would be beneficial to establish procedures that ensure privacy during these exchanges. Furthermore, implementing a system for periodically checking on waiting patients to provide tentative updates would improve overall patient experience and help prevent feelings of being forgotten.

He spends about 45 seconds talking to you and his office refuses to bill insurance correctly. I had met my family deductible but they only would run my individual deductible through their insurance system so they made me pay upfront in cash for each visit which was $110 each time! This doctor then refuse to take responsibility for how he had been improperly billing insurance and ordering tests and billing insurance for tests that were never done on me at all! At first it was OK I would go as a walk in wait for 15-20 min and see the Assistent, get my prescriptios and come back in 3 months. However at the end it got rediculis I went I went at the end of April to get a refill I was told I was do for blood work first, so I waited a cuplé of days and went back for blood work. Than I was told that I needed to follow up to have the results read so I can finally get my prescription. So I waited a few more days went in had my prescriptions read turns out everything is fine, so finally I'm told I'm getting a refill for 3 months what pharmacy should they sent them? I tell them so they tell me to go pick them up an, a hour. I go in 3 hours and they don't have anything. Next day I call the clinic back and they tell me I need another follow up in a week. (Please keep in mind it's been over a week and I have to wait one more to get my blood pressure medication). Make a long story short I have not gotten my blood pressure medication. It is now July! These people will rather see me dead as long as I can continue to go and they continue charging my insurance. I've been taking blood pressure medicine for 25 years and I have never had such a hard time. I had to go to an urgent care clinic to get them it took 5min. Of course I'm going to find another doctor. I just want people to be warned that they maybe putting thier health if not life in danger by visiting these scam artist. I have been advised to seal Legal cancel.

Upon checking in and paying for my drug screen I waited less than 5 minutes until I was called back. Unfortunately I wasnt able to provide the sufficient amount of urine that was needed so I had to go and drink a lot of water in order to be able to urinate. Luckily there was water provided in the waiting room. Overall, great service, cheap and quick! Definitely will be returning here for future drug screens.

She is really knowledgeable. Anyway... Two doctors I've gone to have recommended surgery so this has been done twice for me. However, Dr. Son feels like that should be a last resort. Where has she been all of my life? Dr. Son is a specialist for endometriosis and other women's issues. She's in Obstetrics/Gynecology. If you or someone you know has this, I'd suggest seeing her or another specialist at Texas Tech. They know a lot about it. Honestly, I prefer seeing a female doctor over a male. Yes, men go to school for many years and know a lot but women just seem to understand other women better. That's the best way I can explain it. Nothing against male doctors but I just feel more comfortable with female doctors nowadays. Texas Tech is super organized, too which I appreciated. They called me twice to remind me of my appointment. They also texted me to remind and send me the information to fill out rather than waiting until I got there. There was a bit of a wait but it was all worth it. Dr. Son is personable and has good bedside manners. That's sort of a rarity these days. I felt at ease talking to her about my issues. Texas Tech is a great place to go to for the uninsured and those who want to save money. They have clinics all over the city so you aren't limited to just their Alberta location. They also do virtual appointments. They offer a discount on co-pays and medication, along with other services. You have to apply for this discount by emailing them some forms.
