As the legal Power of Attorney, I explicitly requested that the clinical team handle this information discreetly for the patient's own safety. Instead, upon arrival, Dr. Shetty immediately informed the patient that I had called ahead. Despite being presented with clear evidence of an immediate mental health crisis, the clinic refused admission, failed to contact emergency services or law enforcement to initiate a wellness hold, and allowed a severely unstable individual to simply walk out the door. The lack of crisis intervention, complete disregard for actionable safety warnings, and failure to exercise a basic duty of care at this facility are deeply alarming. If you or a loved one are facing a critical mental health situation, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for competent, safe medical care.

Than I was told that I needed to follow up to have the results read so I can finally get my prescription. So I waited a few more days went in had my prescriptions read turns out everything is fine, so finally I'm told I'm getting a refill for 3 months what pharmacy should they sent them? I tell them so they tell me to go pick them up an, a hour. I go in 3 hours and they don't have anything. Next day I call the clinic back and they tell me I need another follow up in a week. (Please keep in mind it's been over a week and I have to wait one more to get my blood pressure medication). Make a long story short I have not gotten my blood pressure medication. It is now July! These people will rather see me dead as long as I can continue to go and they continue charging my insurance. I've been taking blood pressure medicine for 25 years and I have never had such a hard time. I had to go to an urgent care clinic to get them it took 5min. Of course I'm going to find another doctor. She surprised me a bit at her magnificent ability, considering the large waiting room was rather full of patients (only a portion of whom were to see Dr. Munoz). I was taken aback slightly upon meeting Dr. Munoz, anticipating that he would shower me with good news about the results. Although all my numbers looked good, he was a bit grim about my white cell count--until I told him that I had donated platelets at UBS. To be on the safe side, he gave me a follow-up draw orders, not to be completed for at least a week, giving my bones time to make new blood. He also understood why I moved a bit slowly--my orthopaedist, Dr. Urrea, had told me a decade ago that I had premature arthritis, and now it is MATURE arthritis. Regardless that my knee is a bit gamey, I can still pedal. Indeed, I participated in the Rio Bravo segment of the international Chupacabra bike race held just South across the river, in Cd. The recommendations and treatments they provide are specific for the issue and it has made a positive difference for me. They do everything they can to help you get well again and I really like their approach of trying to help the body heal with natural treatments before going to medications, while not avoiding medication if necessary. In general everything about this clinic is fantastic. The people are very nice, the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant, the food is healthy and very good, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
