I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

This company worked with our lender to have us pay some now and pay the remainder upon release of the loan proceeds. We signed a contract in May and was told 4-6 weeks to get the materials and it would be a 1-2 day job. Six weeks was June 23rd. They came on June 26th and 27th. The garage looks great except they did not measure for the window for the garage for 3 weeks after we signed the contract. We had to point out some areas that needed new wood which was not originally not caught by the installer crew. Then we were informed that the window was not there. Upon calling the company today, we are told that 7/16/26 is when the window would be in. There is no urgency given to our situation. My husband is disabled and the improvements to our home are to help with his accessibility. We cannot start with any other work until the loan proceeds are released. We thought they cared and would be diligent and on time. The work quality is there but the consideration for others timelines(like getting things done before winter) is totally lacking. We were considering them for additional work on our home but not now.

ZERO stars! I purchased a new entry door, storm door,& all new hardware October 2022. With supply…read moreissues, the doors didn't come in until March 16, 2023.I noticed the storm door & hardware is wrong. Main door only had a keypad deadbolt & the storm door was the wrong one! They needed to reorder the storm door, the hardware & I had to deal with the deadbolt issue for a month. Also found the Main door wasnt flush/sealed with light coming through. I called them & told they would look into when they return w/ storm door. April 25, 2023-The storm door was installed, switched out hardware,one was still incorrect but forget it! The Installer stated he didn't like how 1st installer did the entry door, it was too loose. So he adjusted it & gave it a tighter close. Told me that I would have to push hard or pull hard on the door to latch for a few weeks until the seal around the frame forms to the pressure. Woohoo thought that was the end. NOPE! I had called them back, about a week later, new storm door wasnt shutting & hitting the frame due to expanding in sun. I also noticed the entry plate on door frame was also unstable & bent forward when stepped on. Like there was nothing under to support it. So I called them about that & was informed they would look into it when the come adjust my storm door. Thats not all folks! May 12,2023 I noticed a manufacturing defect in the panels of my main entry door. The door wasn't completely sealed together & looked like the panels were separating from each other & cut with a dull blade. May 25, 2023-They came back out,Fixed the sagging entry plate.Took pictures of the defective door & had to order another door & take about 4 months to come in! Two weeks later I also notice a crack in my door frame by the hardware & a random screw loosly between. I called it in. They stated that they will be able to fix it all when the door comes in. Its been 5 months & my door still didn't shut unless slammed to latch. My son would leave for school & the door wouldn't be fully shut. I'd come home to a door that could be tapped open because it wasn't catching the latch. OCTOBER 27,2023! (1 year since purchase) I called them for an update as it's been 5 months. They couldn't find my delivery papers so, they had the warehouse search if it was even there. They called me back stating it's never been delivered. So they stated it will be here on a Monday 10/30/2023 and install it 1st thing 9am Friday morning. I had to call off work just to get it taken care of. I asked Brandy about the frame issues as well because I don't want them showing up just expecting to switch out my door. They need to replace the frame again. She had to call the boss & discuss the issues to find a solution & call me back. November 3,2023 Friday It's 9:40am & no one has shown up. I called them because my daughter had a doctor's appointment at 12pm. I was told the guy was still at another location but he's finishing up & will be there shortly. I thought I was the 1st thing?! Around 10:30ish I call again. He's still at the first job! I had no show!!!! So I told her to forget it as I needed to get my daughter to her appointment. They show up January 5, 2024 w/ new frame & door. Frame is damaged! After inspecting entry door, I was asked to store the door at my home to minimize possibility of getting damaged. Appointment was set up week of January 29th. Called me the day before the appointment to reschedule. I was LIVID! BRANDY gave me attitude. I proceeded to tell her the time & money I've lost while paying off an incomplete door for 1.5 years! They showed up Saturday February 3rd (1 HOUR LATE) & it's still not finished. I'm missing a screw that was never screwed in on a hinge & a protective cover for exposed screws to the outer frame of storm door. Called & left Brandy a message that week requesting this. I was never called back. 12/7/2024 I'm hanging a wreath & the suction cup falls off the door panel & it took paint with it!!! I'm over it!! I've been paying off a $5299 bill since May of 2023! I wish Kraz Construction NEVER EXISTED!!

I wanted to use a local business because I believe in supporting local businesses. I had the…read moresalesman come out to show me options for the service door on my garage. The salesman was thorough and complete. I chose all the upgrades because I wanted the best possible door and frame and it cost over $2K. It was when the install came is where problems started. The old door was ripped out quickly and completely. Good. The installer then started to work off of a flipped over garbage can. I let him use my workbench. I checked in every now and then and towards the end, I came out and he was drilling into the latch with a large drill bit. I stopped him and even bought out my Dremel for him to use but he wouldn't saying he had to use his own tools. Long story short, he screwed up the height of the latch inset, drilled out all the wood and it still wouldn't lock correctly, daylight was coming in the garage with the door closed in the latch area, the frame was completely drilled out and lost strength. I ended up having to shave the latch inset and redo the wood behind it for added strength. It is still not "right" but I got it to work. Nobody ever followed up to see if I was happy. Not the salesman, not the office, nobody. I felt after paying over $2K, I should have gotten a better install and a follow up. Giving three stars for the quality of the door which is very solid and great security for the garage, but the install was not so great and there was zero follow up. Its been about two years now.

Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.
