After consulting Yelp I found Door Specialties and saw the had five stars. I decided to call them. They answered the phone despite that I called a few minutes before they open. They were able to send a repair person to my home within 2-3 hours who looked over the issue and provided me a quote. He was able to replace the spring and lube the rollers within just a few hours (he had to go get parts). I am extremely impressed with their customer service. There are doors, parts, desks and computers there. We slipped a note on the side of the door which went into the building along with other notes. As of now Crane garage doors has taken our money.
