They were able to send a repair person to my home within 2-3 hours who looked over the issue and provided me a quote. We made numerous calls that went to a voice mail that was full. Finally reached an employee that told us our door was in but waiting on a part and we would be called when it came in. It's now October and we cannot reach anyone. Drove by the Spokane location which is vacant. Drove to the Deer Park location which looks like could possibly still be in business. There are doors, parts, desks and computers there. We slipped a note on the side of the door which went into the building along with other notes. As of now Crane garage doors has taken our money. We have contacted BBB and next is Deer Park Chamber of Commerce as well as small claims court. Horrible business.
