After consulting Yelp I found Door Specialties and saw the had five stars. I decided to call them. They answered the phone despite that I called a few minutes before they open. They were able to send a repair person to my home within 2-3 hours who looked over the issue and provided me a quote. He was able to replace the spring and lube the rollers within just a few hours (he had to go get parts). I am extremely impressed with their customer service. There are doors, parts, desks and computers there. We slipped a note on the side of the door which went into the building along with other notes. As of now Crane garage doors has taken our money. We have contacted BBB and next is Deer Park Chamber of Commerce as well as small claims court. Horrible business.
