The lady at the counter said she could not accept it and he would have to leave. I immediately dialed Angels of Assisi to see if I could come in and get typed records so he could have his appointment and the lady started screaming at me and telling me to get out of the store and not to come back. She scared me because it was insane behavior. I left and called another groomer and asked if they would accept his Angels of Assisi shot record and they said they would and I have been taking him to them ever since. I have never had an experience in my life where I felt like a person behind a counter was going to kick my butt and all over a shot record. Never go to this place!!!

Husband and I have had 7 ... yes, seven! ... outside kittens "fixed" and vaccinated here. We declined some of the services offered (because again, seven!) ... and I never felt like I was being judged or discounted because I didn't opt for flea control, etc. ... So ... I never hesitated to schedule the neutering appointment for our new puppy ... (puppy is 67 pounds at 7 months, and absolutely perfect!) (and, yes, he's a rescue! no pet store, designer dog, purchased animal in this house) ... We opted for some of the extras ... microchip, flea abatement and control (Bravecto) ... everything ... and we were still treated the same!
