First I would like to say that they do a good job but if you're 15 minutes late to your appointment they will charge you $100 to book the next appointment. If I had known this they would not have received another penny of my money but my wife took that call. We were on a cruise with no service to receive reminder messages and they would not waive the fee as we are on time to every other appointment that we have had with them. Once she paid the $100 and rescheduled for a few days later they decided they would call us and ask us to come in a hour earlier than our appointment. Seems single sided to me as we can't be 15 minutes late but they can ask us to inconvenience our plans to come in an hour early. We declined. I will continue to spread the word throughout the Vinton community in hopes they remove this ridiculous policy that they have in place as we are human and we forget things and sometimes late and not perfect once again we have been on time to every other appointment. The employees kept saying do you want to speak with the owner but the owner never come out to address the situation and stayed in the back while I got my dogs. REMOVE THE $100 LATE FEE POLICY! My wife was told they blocked off 9am-12pm to groom our dogs but could not take them at 9:15, doesn't sound right to me. They did not use that amount of time when we rescheduled. They charged us $100 which in return loses them a customer, hope that was worth it.

Our dog Theo had a puncture wound on his neck and needed to see the vet on a Friday night after…read morehours. We called ahead and were told they could see him within the hour to assess his wound and then would fix him up as quickly as they could. They took him back right away and let us know what was needed, what it would cost and how long it would take. They took such good care of my baby and I felt the price was reasonable. He needed a few staples to close the wound and antibiotics and pain relievers. We were on our way home within 2.5 hours of arriving. The staff was kind, caring and upfront about what he would need. Very glad we had this option when we needed it.

They've always worked with my schedule and they also send me a text to update me when my dog is finished being groomed (this is perfect for my work schedule because it is difficult for me to answer my phone when I'm at work). I take my 3 pups there and have never worried about their safety, highly recommend and have sent several of my friends here!
