This bakery makes a variety of baked goods including cupcakes and bars, but they are most known for their (I believe they call them) Korean Milk Cream Donuts. Every day they make it in strawberry, vanilla, and coconut then they have a special flavor of the day. This time, it was chocolate salted caramel. While the donuts are a little pricey ($6 CAD), this bakery is pretty special and stands out from the New Brunswick crowd! No seating inside, and donuts sell out quick! Tip is to call ahead and they are more than happy to set aside donuts for you in the morning. The staff is also very quick and also very kind. The donuts were great! and it's hard to find all these specialty goods in New Brunswick considering how rural the rest of the province is. Today a family member ordered a sandwich that she has previously gotten many times before. When she took a bite it tasted as though it was rotten or had gone bad. When she went back to speak to the supervisor on duty they were very rude, Took the sandwich from her and dug through it with their bare hands then confirmed they had made the sandwich that she had ordered and refused to give her a refund or to even remake it with fresh items. so now she has paid six dollars for a sandwich she never actually got because the supervisor asked her if she wanted it back, which why would she because it was rotten, then the supervisor threw it out. when I went up to question the supervisors customer service policies she just continued to rudely repeat the same thing that they had made the correct item and would not be issuing a refund I'm not sure if she truly didn't understand something about the sandwich was bad or if she was being deliberately obtuse. So the impression I got is that Tim Hortons on Prospect don't care if the food they serve is actually rotten you have to eat what you get and deal with it! Do not eat here unless you enjoy being disrespected and paying a company to give you food poisoning.
