The first time I went to Dollhouse, was when I was looking for my year 10 formal dress. The store took my breath away with all it's amazing dresses, blinged-out heels, and just the layout of the whole store was beyond amazing! Before I found out about Dollhouse, I remember I was so close to missing out on my year10 formal because I was so stressed, I couldn't find the right dress for me and I was just un-prepared. Until Formal day, a relative of mine referred me to the Dollhouse store in Castle Hill and Ryde. I had a look at the website first, before I went in to the store, and the thing that caught my eye, was all the different type of brands, Dollhouse had to offer. So I decided to check out the store earlier on my formal day (a bit last minute), one of the girls that worked there approached me and asked me if I needed help looking for anything. I told her I was fully stressed, and told her it was the day of my formal and I still couldn't find anything. The first thing this worker did, was calmed me down, and told me I would make it to formal. She picked out a whole lot of dresses for me to try on that I thought I'd never suit. Until I tried on this 1 dress, we all knew that, that was the one. She then helped me to a pair of heels, which were so pretty and matched my dress. She offered me a great deal, If I was to buy the dress and heels together, she would offer the heels for $100, when the original price was $200 at that time. She then referred me to one of her favourite make-up artists that she knew, and I thought to myself, this store was actually really helpful, and that I would actually make it to formal in time. I ended up making it to formal later that day, I couldn't believe how I got everything done just on the day of formal, all thanks to the help of Dollhouse. When I had my year 12 formal, I was waay prepared, I knew where to go, and I got to prepare myself weeks before the actual formal day. Hey! I was looking for an amazing dress to wear to my sisters wedding during Spring in Sydney! I remember walking around Top Ryde shopping centre and not seeing anything even remotely close to what I was wanting! I saw a store called 'Doll House' and was not too sure as I'd never heard it before. However the glitzy layout of the store filled with lots of girls and gorgeous designs seen through the screen worn by mannequins pulled me in. I recall the girl who greeted us in the store was busy trying to change the layout of some racks but still gave us a warm greeting and asked us to shout out if we needed her help! Soon after I saw the most perfect dress I had ever seen and was so keen to try it on! It fit like a glove and the colour was SO beautiful, I can't even express (For those interested it was the Roxy Dress in the Emerald colour)!! What made my experience even more amazing was that because I was from interestate, the ladies allowed me to layby the dress and pick it up in a months time when I returned to Sydney closer to the wedding!!No stress and I was just so happy at my purchase.I felt like an actual doll, lol! At the wedding, everyone had asked where I bought it from and said it looked so great on my figure! I definitely took in every compliment that night. It is without a doubt my new favourite location if I'm ever looking for formal or semi-formal dresses! They have designs that every woman will love and for any body shape. I had such a easy time dealing with my Graduation prepartions with The Doll House! The team were so friendly and very helpful, which made the whole thing DRAMA-FREE. All my correspondence with the team was professional and like we were nest friends. I was a little skeptical purchasing my Graduation dress fully online but it was totally worth it. The dress fit perfectly, like a glove, and was a huge hit at myok Grad Ball, as it was such a unique style, colour and design. And its a dress thay can be recycled for many more events! In 2014, my sister and myself bought 2 dresses from Dollhouse xoxo in Top Ryde for our cousins wedding. They looked absolutely stunning, we loved them and got soo much compliments that night. The employees were great help, they helped us pick the right dresses that suited what we wanted. They're service was really good. Also in 2015 I bought a red long laced dress from there and got heaps of compliments too. The dresses are still in great condition and the material they use is soo good, worth the price! I looked at Doll house first because they are known to have a great selection of formal gowns but didn't find the right dress. Cas told me to come back after a few weeks as their new collection was arriving. Then I searched pretty much the whole of Sydney and Wollongong but had no luck so i went back to Doll house. Cas recommended a dress which i thought was a bit too blingy but when I tried it, it was so amazing. I live in the United States and there are three boutiques that sell a specific designers gowns, and I always purchase from The Dollhouse XOXO in Australia!! The other retailers are unbelievably rude and don't answer there calls or emails, whereas The Dollhouse always replies no matter what and don't get annoyed when asking "too many" questions. They will send you pictures and videos of anything that you're interested in, and are just so sweet! It may be more purchasing from Australia due to the higher shipping charge, but trust me it's worth it when you receive the customer service they provide!! You will NOT regret it!! read more

Dollhouse is one of the best go to stores for whenever i have a formal event, whether it be my school formal, wedding, birthday party, ANYTHING! When going into the store my mother and myself were welcomed at arrival. I walked in, 20 minutes later had a dress for my formal. I visited The Doll House store on Bridge road, Melbourne a day before my cousins wedding hoping to purchase the dress I saw online. There was only a size XL left and I was after an XS, thankfully the lovely girls helped me find someone to alter the dress just in time for the event. I ordered the Khloe G dress and I Absolutely LOVED it!!!! The quality is amazing and i got soo many compliments! The pictures dont do any justice. Its even more beautiful in person. Also, the customer service is incredibly amazing... they get back to you super fast and the shipping took about a week to arrive to canada which is NOT BAD at all! The only thing that i didnt like was that my dress shed TONS AND TONS of glitters which at the end of the day was worth it becus i got tons of compliments so it made up for it. I purchased a beautiful gown from Doll House Melbourne for my wedding ceremony. The dress was absolutely perfect for the event.
